Located on the gated Davenport resort community of Solana is this privately owned 4 bedroom vacation villa. It features a west-facing pool, a games room and is just an 8 minute walk from the resort facilities, which include a heated swimming pool, hot tub, children’s play area and Tiki bar selling cold drinks. Inside the clubhouse is a well-equipped gym, TV lounge, games arcade and a computer room. Guests wanting to keep active should check out the mini golf and beach volleyball courts that are available to them. Berry Town Center is about a mile from your villa and has iHop and Applebee’s, while heading north on the US27 will take you to the US192 which has hundreds of options, while travelling south goes to ChampionsGate Village with further options.
Disney World can be reached in 20-25 minutes and is where you can see the parades at Magic Kingdom, visit the World Showcase at Epcot and meet your favourite characters at Hollywood Studios. Orlando’s newest theme park, Epic Universe, which features four magical worlds to explore, delicious food to try and adrenaline fuelled rollercoasters to ride, all just 40-45 minutes from your villa. More thrills can be found by driving 35-40 minutes to Universal Resorts, which has The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park. 30-35 minutes away from your villa is Discovery Cove, where you can swim with dolphins or SeaWorld, which features manatees and polar bears.
As soon as you enter this vacation villa you find a dining table, the ideal place to enjoy a drink and a chat before dinner. The kitchen is located to the right of the villa, with all the appliances and utensils need for cooking tasty meals, while the breakfast bar offers a great place to start your morning with tea and toast. Next to the kitchen is another formal dining table where you can enjoy a meal and then play board games all evening. To the left of the villa is the family lounge with comfy sofa seating, a flatscreen TV and a door leading to the west-facing pool. Watch your favourite movies here, before stepping out for a quick dip in the water.
The Main bedroom is located to the back right of the villa with a King-size bed, a door to the pool and an en-suite bathroom, which also has a door to the pool. Bedroom 2 is at the front right with a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is towards the right, has a Mickey and Friends-theme and Twin beds, while the nearby Bedroom 4 has a Pirate-theme and Bunk beds.
Take a break from the Orlando sunshine and head to the games room located at the front of the villa. Here you will find a ping-pong table and table football, as well as arcade games, providing plenty of entertainment for your family. Walk just 8 minutes to reach the resort facilities, which include a TV lounge, well-equipped gym, games arcade and a computer room. Outside is a large, heated swimming pool, hot tub, children’s play area and a Tiki bar selling chilled drinks. For sportier guests, there are also mini golf and beach volleyball courts for their use.
