Features include enough beds to sleep 12 guests, a private pool and spa, a games room and access to resort facilities which can be reached with a 5 minute walk. At the clubhouse you will find a heated swimming pool, a spa, lazy river and children’s play area. There is also an internet room, TV lounge and fully-equipped gym, while more active guests will want to head to the tennis and beach volleyball courts. ChampionsGate and Reunion Villages are about 5 minutes from your villa and have a wide range of restaurants for you to choose from. Alternatively, the US192 is also a few miles away and has lots more dining options. Disney World can be reached in 15-20 minutes, so make your way to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios so your family can create memories that will last a lifetime. Orlando's newest theme park, Epic Universe, is 30-35 minutes from your villa and has four unique worlds to explore. Universal Resorts can be reached in 25-30 minutes and are where you can taste a Butterbeer at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, get soaked through at Volcano Bay water park and find adrenaline pumping rides at Islands of Adventure. More excitement can be found by swimming with dolphins at Discovery Cove or meeting penguins at SeaWorld, both 20-25 minutes from your villa.
The modern and well-equipped kitchen is located to the back right of the villa with all the appliances and utensils needed for a successful self-catering vacation. Breakfast bar seating offers the ideal place to start your morning with tea and toast before you head to Orlando’s most popular theme parks. Centrally on the left of the villa is a formal dining table where you can enjoy a meal and then have a long chat once the dishes have been cleared away. At the very rear of the villa is a family lounge with a sectional sofa, flatscreen TV and a door leading to the private pool and spa, making it the perfect place to watch a movie while keeping an eye on the kids as they play in the water. Upstairs is a second lounge with sofa seating and a flatscreen TV, helpful for guests who don’t want to miss their favourite programme.
The Main bedroom is located upstairs and to the back right of the villa with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 2 is at the front right of the villa with a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 3 is downstairs at the back right and has 2 Double beds and an en-suite bathroom with a door leading to the private pool and spa. Back upstairs and to the front left is Bedroom 4, which has a Mickey Mouse-theme and 2 Double beds. Back on the ground floor and to the front left of the villa is Bedroom 5 with 2 sets of Bunk beds. All bedrooms come equipped with a flatscreen TV so all guests can watch their favourite movies as they get ready for bed.
At the front of the villa is the games room, in which is a ping-pong table and a flatscreen TV. Play with your family to win the villa championships, while those waiting for their turn can watch a movie. Walk just 5 minutes to reach the resort facilities, which feature a fully-equipped gym, TV lounge and internet room. Outside is a heated swimming pool, a lazy river, spa and a children’s play area. For sportier guests, there are tennis and beach volleyball courts for their use.
