Start off your holiday by visiting Disney World, with Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios being only 15-20 minutes away by car. Orlando's newest theme park, Epic Universe, is just 30-35 minutes from your villa, with unique features and experiences for your family to enjoy. Universal Resorts are only 25-30 minutes away and is home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter where you can taste a butterbeer, then get splashed at Volcano Bay water park and finally ride The Amazing Adventures of Spider-man rollercoaster at Islands of Adventure. If ocean life fascinates you, then visit SeaWorld to see them first hand or head to Discovery Cove to swim with dolphins, both only 20-25 minutes away. Enter this vacation villa and let your holiday begin in style! Sit in the comfortable lounge which has seating for 6 and watch all your favourite movies together on the flatscreen TV, before the designated chef heads to the well-equipped kitchen at the left of the villa. While they cook up a tasty meal, 2 ‘helpers’ can have a drink at the breakfast bar and offer some advice. Once dinner is cooked, sit at the formal dining table with seating for 6 and enjoy it as you have a chat, while a nearby door provides access to the south-facing pool deck, should you desire a swim afterwards.
Found at the back right of the villa, the Main bedroom has a Queen-size bed, door to the pool deck and en-suite bathroom that also has a door to the pool deck. Bedroom 2 is on the opposite side of the villa on the back left, with a Queen-size bed, door to pool deck and en-suite bathroom. At the front right is the Stitch-themed Bedroom 3 with Twin beds, while Bedroom 4 is to the front left and has a Mickey Mouse theme also with Twin beds. All bedrooms in the villa come with a flatscreen TV, making early evenings relaxing as you drift off to sleep watching your favourite movies.
Make your way to the front of the villa to find the games room, in which you will find a pool table, flatscreen TV and arcade game. Practice your pot shots before challenging your family while watching your favourite shows or spend some time trying to get the top score on the arcade machine. Any keen anglers in your family will want to also check out the deep-water fishing lake in the Town Center resort community.

Town Center Resort is a gated community sitting just off the Ronald Reagan Parkway and was built in 2003. Disney World theme parks are situated on the US192 which is less than 15 minutes drive away, and Universal Resorts, SeaWorld and International Drive can all be reached in less than half an hour. Nearest shops and restaurants can be found at ChampionsGate Village, just 3 miles from here, and this is also home to a PGA Championship golf course designed by Greg Norman.
