Located midway between the US192 and the I-4 Highway, getting to the theme parks couldn’t be easier, Disney is just 20 minutes away and Universal Studios and International Drive are less than 30 minutes by car. Bars, restaurants and fast food outlets to suit everybody’s tastes can be found within a 10 minute drive, either in ChampionsGate Village or along the popular US192 which is just a few miles away. The fantastic community facilities are about 10-15 minutes’ walk from the villa and include a resort-style swimming pool with a lazy river, water slides and a swim up bar, a clubhouse with a well-equipped gym, movie theatre, restaurant offering snacks and meals and an arcade-style games room. Activity enthusiasts will appreciate the outdoor tennis and volleyball courts.
This spacious villa is elegant and stylish throughout, with all the furnishings and fine touches you’d want to see in a luxury holiday home. The first lounge can be found to the right of the villa downstairs and has seating for the whole family on comfortable sofas around a flatscreen TV so you can either curl up and watch a movie or quietly read your favourite novel. The second lounge area, with a large corner sofa and flatscreen TV, is upstairs on the landing. The spacious kitchen has been equipped with all the utensils and pots and pans you might need to do anything from preparing a picnic to cooking a full three-course family dinner. Breakfast bar seating for 4 people allows family members to sit and chat or enjoy an impromptu snack at any time of the day. The large dining table, which is big enough for 8 people, is a great place to sit and chat about the adventures you’ve just had or to play board games in the evenings with your family.
The generously-sized Main bedroom is upstairs at the front of the villa and has a King-size bed and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is ideal for guests that want a little extra privacy, it is downstairs to the right of the front door and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is back upstairs to the rear of the villa and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 is also upstairs and has a Queen-size bed and shares an en-suite bathroom with Bedroom 5 which has 2 sets of Bunk beds and has been decorated in a fantastic Minions theme to appeal to younger family members. Finally, Bedroom 6 again has 2 sets of Bunk beds and the theme in this room is Harry Potter. Each of the bedrooms has its own wall-mounted flatscreen TV so everyone can enjoy lazy mornings relaxing in bed before heading off for the parks.
A favourite feature of this home is the amazing Star Wars-themed games room. Sharpshooters in the family can spend hours on the pool table while video game enthusiasts can take a seat on one of the comfy chairs and play one of the two games systems. Extra community facilities can be found at the clubhouse, 10-15 minutes’ walk from here. This offers our guests access to the resort-style heated swimming pool with lazy river and water slides, modern gym, bar and restaurant, cinema, games arcade and sports courts.
The large pool deck boasts a conservation view to the rear and an undercover dining table seating 6 people, perfect for quiet breakfasts or relaxing with a beer from the fridge in the evening. Kids will have loads of fun splashing around in their own pool and spa, while sunbathers will be able to top up their tan on one of the loungers. Access to the downstairs family bathroom from the pool deck means that there is no need to go traipsing through the house with wet feet when the loo is needed.
