Just minutes from your villa is the always popular US192, which is home to hundreds of restaurants that will cater to all tastes and budgets. There are also plenty of shops, including a large Walmart, where you can grab drinks and snacks for those lazy days relaxing around your very own pool and spa. Disney World can be reached in as little as 15-20 minutes and has daily parades and fireworks displays for you to enjoy. The newest theme park in Orlando – Epic Universe, is 30-35 minutes away and has unique experiences in amazing locations, ready to be explored. Jaw dropping rides at are Universal Resorts, which are 25-30 minutes from your villa and has The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park. Discovery Cove is where you can swim with dolphins while SeaWorld has the Mako and Kraken rollercoasters, both reached in 20-25 minutes.

The Main bedroom is the only bedroom on the ground floor and is at the back left of the villa, it has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs and to the back left is Bedroom 2 with a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 3 is to the left with a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 4 is at the front left of the villa with a Queen-size bed and Bedroom 5 is centrally at the front with Twin beds. Bedroom 6 is at the front right and has Bunk beds.
The games room is at the front of the villa equipped with table football, ping-pong and a children’s air-hockey game. Drive just 3 minutes to reach the community facilities, which include a clubhouse with a TV lounge, well-equipped gym and heated swimming pool. There are also basketball, tennis and beach volleyball courts for any sports enthusiasts.
Spend quality time with your family at the pool and spa, which has good privacy thanks to surrounding hedges and screens. This is a recent addition to our portfolio of Orlando vacation villas and we are still waiting for our first guest review of this property. When our inspection team visited this villa they said: This is a 6 bedroom nice house on the gated community of Lake Berkley. It is clean, fairly well maintained and has a games room and a pool area with good privacy.
Lake Berkley, a highly recommended, gated Kissimmee community, close to Disney World, was completed in 2002. Our rental villas here range in size from 3 to 6 bedrooms and many have a south or west-facing private pool and spa, games rooms and beautiful lake views. Community facilities includes a heated swimming pool, gym, outdoor sports courts, fishing lake, BBQ area and jogging and walking trail. Orlando’s major tourist attractions, including Disney World and Universal Resorts, can be reached within 15 - 30 minutes. Shops, bars, restaurants and golf courses can be found much closer.
