This privately owned 4 bedroom Orlando vacation villa is located on the Clermont community of Orange Tree. It features a swimming pool, a well-equipped games room and is just 9 minutes’ walk from the community facilities, which include a children’s play area, tennis courts and a 5 acre playing field. Head a short distance south on the US27 to reach the bustling and popular US192 where you can find hundreds of family friendly restaurants that will suite all dietary requirements and budgets. During busy periods, head north on the US27 to find a number of other restaurants that will have shorter wait times. Disney World can be reached with a 25-30 minute drive and is home to Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios and Epcot, where your whole family will create wonderful and unforgettable memories. Orlando's newest theme park - Epic Universe, which has unique experiences for your family to try is 40-45 minutes away, as is Universal Resorts, home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park. Further excitement can be found by swimming with dolphins at Discovery Cove or seeing polar bears and sharks at SeaWorld, both just 35-40 minutes from your villa.
As you step into this Orlando holiday villa, you’ll find yourself in a peaceful lounge area with inviting sofa seating – a perfect spot to relax with a good book. Just to the left of the entrance, there’s a formal dining table where you can enjoy family meals or spend the evening playing board games together. The well-equipped kitchen, also located on the left side of the villa, features all the appliances and utensils you’ll need to prepare meals for the whole family. A nearby breakfast table offers a lovely setting to start the day with coffee and bagels, and a convenient door here leads directly out to the pool area. Towards the back of the villa, the main family lounge provides additional sofa seating, a flatscreen TV, and access to the pool. It’s a great place to enjoy a film while keeping an eye on the children as they have fun in the water.
The Main bedroom is located to the right of the main family lounge, has a King-size bed, a door leading to the swimming pool and an en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 2 is to the back left with a Queen-size bed. To the left of the villa are Bedrooms 3 and 4, which both have Twin beds and are decorated in styles suitable for guests of all ages.
The well-equipped games room can be found at the front left of the villa with a pool table, air hockey game and table football. Have a practice of your trick shots before challenging your family to a game to determine the villa champion. Community facilities can be reached with a 9 minute walk and include a children’s play area, tennis courts and a 5 acre playing field.
After a long day at Orlando’s theme parks, recharge your batteries at your very own swimming pool. While your kids play in the water, stretch out under the Florida sunshine and top up your tan. A nearby door leading to the bathroom next to Bedroom 2 ensures that a towel can be easily found, preventing wet footprints throughout the villa. Orange Tree is a peaceful, very popular community located just off the US27 in Clermont, with large plots and wide-open common spaces. Situated close to Disney World, this well-established community is in a fantastic location for everything Orlando has to offer. All of the 4 and 5 bedroom vacation villas we have to rent have a private pool and many of them also benefit from having a games room and south or west-facing view from the pool deck, often with a scenic conservation view. The popular US192, with its wide range of shops and family-friendly restaurants is a few miles south of here.
