Features include a southeast-facing private pool with golf course views and is just a 4 minute walk from the community facilities, which includes 2 outdoor swimming pools, a children’s play area and tennis courts, so there is something to keep every guest active during their stay. If you do not feel like cooking, then there is a restaurant in the Southern Dunes clubhouse or head a few miles south on the US27 to reach Manny’s Chop House, as well as a couple of other nearby restaurants. Disney World can be reached with a 25-30 minute drive, so head to Magic Kingdom to see the parades, Epcot to visit the World Showcase and Hollywood Studios to find Darth Vader at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. Make sure to also visit Epic Universe, Orlando’s newest theme park, reached in just 40-45 minutes. It features four unique worlds for you to explore, as well as jaw dropping rollercoasters that will thrill your entire family. More thrills can be found at Universal Resorts, with The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park all being just 35-40 minutes from your villa. Alternatively, travel 30-35 minutes to Discovery Cove to swim with dolphins or visit SeaWorld to discover all kinds of marine life.
Unpack your bags and let your vacation in this open-plan villa begin. The centrally located kitchen has all the utensils, gadgets and appliances needed to make tasty meals. The breakfast bar, as well as additional table, provide good places to start your mornings with tea and toast, before you go and ride the rollercoasters at Orlando's popular theme parks. The formal dining table is to the front of the villa, a great place to have a meal before playing board games for the rest of the evening. The family lounge is nearby, towards the rear. It has comfy sofa seating, a flatscreen TV and a door leading to the southeast-facing pool, so you can watch your favourite movies while keeping an eye on your kids as they play in the water.
The Main bedroom is located to the back right of the villa, has a Queen-size bed, door to the southeast-facing pool and an en-suite bathroom, which also has a door leading to the pool. Bedroom 2 is at the front right with a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is to the right of the villa with a Queen-size bed, while the nearby Bedroom 4 has Twin beds and is decorated in a style suitable for guests of all ages.
Community facilities can be reached with a 4 minute walk and features 2 outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts and children’s play areas, so all guests can use up the last of their energy before bed.
The southeast-facing private pool is the ideal place to unwind after a day of theme parks. With golf course views and no overlooking neighbours to the rear, you can enjoy a swim in the pool before laying back and drying off under the Florida sunshine. A nearby door leads to the en-suite bathroom for the Main bedroom, so kids can find a towel without a mad dash through the villa. Enjoy a chilled drink and snack as you sit at the covered dining table while you watch a movie on the poolside TV.
Southern Dunes gated community is on the US27, close to Orlando’s I-4 Highway. Disney World and Universal Resorts theme parks are about 30 minutes away and beaches on both coasts are about an hour's drive from here.
