Situated on the US27 in Davenport, this privately owned 5 bedroom vacation villa offers a west-facing private pool and spa and a well-equipped, air-conditioned games room so the whole family can enjoy evening fun in comfort. The community is situated a few miles south of the popular US192, home to hundreds of restaurants and fast food outlets, satisfying all dietary requirements, tastes and budgets. Disney World can be reached in as little as 20-25 minutes, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove less than half an hour away. Universal Resorts, home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, can be reached in about 35-40 minutes, as can Orlando's newest theme park, Universal Epic Universe. Drive along the nearby I-4 Highway that leads to Daytona, Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens and some of Florida’s amazing sandy beaches on both coastlines.
Immediately inside the front door is the large, open-plan kitchen, equipped with all the gadgets and utensils you might need to help prepare tasty meals for your family. The breakfast bar is an ideal spot to sit and relax with a cup of coffee in the morning. Adjacent to the kitchen is the formal dining table seating 8 people and doors leading out to the west-facing pool deck. On the right of the villa is the family lounge, filled with lots of natural light and furnished with a comfy sofa, loveseat and armchair in front of a flatscreen TV. For guests that are choosing to go to Florida and 'work from home', there is a desk area on the landing where you can fire off a few emails before heading off out to the theme parks for the day.
The Main bedroom is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it is to the right of the family lounge, and has a King-size bed, patio doors to the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the left of the landing upstairs and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is opposite Bedroom 2 and has a Double bed. Bedroom 4 is to the left of the landing upstairs and has Twin beds. Bedroom 5 is next to Bedroom 4 and has Twin beds, Bedrooms 4 and 5 share an en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom has its own TV so there is no need for anybody to miss out on watching their favourite programme.
The games room is nicely decorated and equipped with a pool table, air hockey, table football and seating. The air-conditioning unit will help ensure players remain cool no matter how hot the competition is!
The large west-facing pool deck has a good amount of privacy and views of woodland to the rear of the property, everybody can enjoy the private pool and a spa, and the covered dining area is a great place to sit and relax in the evenings with a glass of something cold from the fridge.
