Mickey Mouse and other fun characters can be found at Disney World, just 20-25 minutes from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove only 30-35 minutes away. Universal Resorts, home to Epic Universe, the newest theme park in Orlando, as well as Volcano Bay water park, Islands of Adventure and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter will take approximately 35-40 minutes to reach via the I-4 Highway. It is this road, running across the state from east to west, that will lead you to Busch Gardens, Daytona, Kennedy Space Center and many award-winning Florida beaches. The bustling US192 is a couple of miles north of the community and has hundreds of restaurants and take-aways to choose from, catering for all budgets, appetites and food desires.
The spacious open-plan layout starts with a quiet lounge area just inside the entrance, an ideal place to sit and chat with a loved one or to enjoy a few moments peace and quiet after a busy day. Close to this is a small dining table with seats for 4 people, a great setting for mealtimes or evening fun playing board games. At the rear of the villa is the main family area, the lounge has a sectional corner sofa, flatscreen TV and windows overlooking the south-facing pool deck. The kitchen, equipped with all the appliances and gadgets for a self-catering holiday, also has a convenient breakfast bar with 2 stools. Close to the kitchen, and next to doors leading to the south-facing pool deck, is a dining table with seating for 6 people. Upstairs is a third lounge area, no TV in here but comfy seating so you can sit and relax after a busy day.
The extremely large Main bedroom is just off the upstairs lounge and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs at the back of the villa and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3, the only bedroom on the ground floor, is great for guests that want a little extra privacy or who like an early morning swim without disturbing the rest of the house, it has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with direct access to the pool area. Bedroom 4 is opposite the Main bedroom upstairs and has Twin beds, decorated and furnished in a style suitable for all guests. Also suitable for everybody is the nearby Bedroom 5, another Twin-bedded room next to Bedroom 2.

Being close to Disney makes this a popular community for theme park fans, and the large private villas on offer here benefit from having games rooms and south or west facing pools looking out over conservation areas.
