It features a south-facing private pool and spa with lake views, an air-conditioned games room and is just a 5 minute walk from the community facilities which include a well-equipped gym, TV lounge, a heated outdoor swimming pool and BBQ area. There are also tennis, basketball and beach volleyball courts for guests looking to remain active during their stay. Just a few minutes from your villa is the popular US192, where you will find hundreds of dining options that will suit all tastes and budgets. There is also a Walmart, should you want to pick up snacks and drinks for your time relaxing around the pool and spa. Disney World can be reached in just 15-20 minutes, so hop in your car and make your way to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios, to meet all your favourite characters and create unforgettable memories. Make sure to also visit Orlando’s newest theme park – Epic Universe, which is 30-35 minutes from your villa and is home to amazing worlds to explore, including Super Nintendo World and Dark Universe, as well as the exciting rides they are home to. More jaw dropping rides can be found at Universal Resorts, which has The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, just 25-30 minutes away. Animal lovers will want to travel 20-25 minutes to reach Discovery Cove to swim with dolphins or SeaWorld, to encounter penguins and manatees.

The Main bedroom is on the ground floor and located to the back right of the villa. It has a King-size bed, windows overlooking the south-facing pool and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs and to the back right, with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 3 is on the ground floor at the front left with a King-size bed. Bedroom 4 is upstairs at the front right with Twin beds and Bedroom 5 is at the front left with a Disney-theme and Twin beds. For additional comfort and convenience, all bedrooms in this vacation villa come equipped with a flatscreen TV.

Inside you will find a pool table where you can practice your trick shots, while a sofa and flatscreen TV provides a relaxing place for guests who are waiting for their turn. Orlando’s major tourist attractions, including Disney World and Universal Resorts, can be reached within 15 - 30 minutes. Shops, bars, restaurants and golf courses can be found much closer.
