Within the same distance is Orlando's new and exciting theme park, Epic Universe, so make sure to pay it a visit! Berry Town Center is a couple of miles north of here and has a Publix supermarket as well as a selection of restaurants and bars, including a popular British pub renowned for its fish and chips. ChampionsGate Village and the lively US192 are both easy to reach from here and have hundreds more dining options for you to choose from, taking care of all budgets, tastes and dietary requirements.
This spacious villa offers all the comforts of home so that you and your family can relax together here in the Sunshine state. The kitchen has all the appliances, equipment and pots and pans needed for a self-catering holiday as well as a convenient breakfast bar for 3 people. Between the kitchen and windows overlooking the pool deck is a small dining table, a great place for tea and toast in the morning as you decide on your plans for the day ahead. Near the front of the villa is a larger dining table, ideal for mealtimes or evening fun playing games and chatting. The main lounge is centrally placed and has a sectional sofa for 5 or 6 people, a flatscreen TV and patio doors leading to the west-facing pool deck. A second lounge area is nearby so you can snuggle up with a loved one to watch a movie if you want to. A cosy book-reading area is upstairs on the landing for those moments when you just want some peace and quiet after a busy day.
The spacious Main bedroom is downstairs at the back of the villa and has a King-size bed, a door leading to the pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is downstairs at the front of the villa and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom that can be accessed from the hallway near the games room if necessary. Bedroom 3, upstairs on the right has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 4, upstairs on the left, has Twin beds and an en-suite bathroom that can be accessed from the landing if required. Bedroom 5 is nearby and has been furnished with a set of Bunk beds.
The games room is at the front of the villa and has been equipped with a pool table and a table football game, as well as seating for spectators or players taking a quick break.
