The open-plan layout includes a family lounge filled with lots of natural light towards the rear of the villa with comfy seating, a flatscreen TV and doors leading directly out to the south-facing pool deck. The kitchen is at the front of the villa and has all the appliances, equipment and utensils you will need should you decide to make dinner for your family, and the small dining table here is a great spot for breakfast each morning. The main dining table is nearby and has enough seats for everybody to be able to enjoy a special occasion meal together or evening fun playing games and chatting.
The Main bedroom is at the back of the villa and has a King-size bed, patio doors to the sun-drenched pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are next to each other at the back of the villa, to the left of the lounge; Bedroom 2 has a Queen-size bed, whilst Bedroom 3 has Twin beds and windows overlooking the pool area. Bedroom 4 is a Twin-bedded room to the left of the lounge. For guests’ added comfort and convenience, all bedrooms have their own flatscreen TVs.
The well-equipped games room has a pool table, basketball game, air hockey table which can be converted for table tennis and seating for spectators or players eagerly awaiting their turn. The community swimming pool, play area and tennis courts are just a few minutes away from here.
