Berry Town Center is a mile or so away from here and has a Publix supermarket, British bar and selection of family friendly restaurants to choose from. The US192, a couple of miles north of here, has a greater selection of restaurants to tempt your taste buds, catering for all budgets and dietary requirements. Disney World will take as little as 15-20 minutes to reach from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove about 25-30 minutes away. Universal Resorts is a 35-40 minute drive away along the I-4 Highway, so thrill seekers can get to Orlando's newest theme park, Epic Universe, to explore the four unique worlds it offers, while Harry Potter fans won’t have that long to wait before they can enjoy a ride on Hogwarts Express or sample a Butterbeer in Diagon Alley.
This amazing villa is the perfect home from home for your family holiday to Orlando and offers quality furnishings and tasteful décor throughout. Just inside the front door is a quiet lounge area with windows overlooking the garden and comfy sofas, making a great place for those book-reading moments when you want to enjoy some peace and quiet. The main family lounge is at the rear of the villa and has windows overlooking the pool deck, a large corner sofa and flatscreen TV. A third lounge area is upstairs, this lounge has 2 sofas, a flatscreen TV and is the ideal place to watch a movie together or sit and play board games in the evenings. The kitchen is next to the main lounge downstairs and has all the appliances, gadgets and pots and pans you will need should you decide to prepare dinner, and the breakfast bar is a great place for snacks and drinks throughout the day. A high top dining table, next to the kitchen and close to doors leading to the south-facing pool deck, is an ideal spot for tea and toast each morning as you sit and discuss the daily itinerary. A more formal dining table is adjacent to the lounge at the front of the villa and is ideal for special occasion meals.
The massive Main bedroom, with King-size bed and en-suite bathroom is upstairs and so is Bedroom 2 which has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs are Bedrooms 4 and 5, next to each other at the front of the villa, with one room containing Twin beds, the other room furnished with 2 sets of Bunk beds so that up to 4 children can share the same bedroom. A TV in each bedroom means that everybody gets the chance to retire early and watch their chosen programme as they drift off to sleep.
A favourite feature of this villa is the well-equipped games room, offering plenty of games for everybody including a a pool table and table football.
The pool deck with private pool and spa is south-facing and has no rear neighbours and a conservation view, making it a sun worshipper’s idea of heaven.
