The kitchen is on the right-hand side and has all the appliances, equipment and gadgets you would expect to find in a self-catering holiday home, the breakfast dining table that overlooks the west-facing pool deck is a great place for cereal and orange juice each morning. To the right of the front door is a dining table, large enough for all the family to be able to enjoy a special occasion meal together or for evening fun playing board games as you unwind after a busy day.
The Main bedroom is on the left of the lounge and has a door to the pool deck, King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 overlooks the garden at the front of the villa and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is to the right of the kitchen and has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom that is shared with the rest of the villa. This is close to Bedroom 4 which has Twin beds and decorated in a style to suit all guests. For guests' added convenience, all bedrooms have flatscreen TVs, making early nights and late mornings even more enjoyable.
Show off your ball-potting skills or trick shots on the pool table in the games room, a great place to escape the hot Florida sun. Community facilities can be found at the nearby clubhouse including outdoor swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts and children’s play area. Keen anglers in your family might want to take advantage of the bass-filled fishing lake within the development.
