The easy-to-reach I-4 Highway will take you effortlessly to Disney World, Orlando's newest theme park, Epic Universe, SeaWorld, Discovery Cove and Universal Resorts, as well as Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens and many of Florida’s award-winning sandy beaches. The Southern Dunes community facilities, including swimming pools and tennis courts, are nearby and guests staying here have full access to these amenities. The clubhouse restaurant is open for golfers and non-gofers alike and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, or venture a few miles outside of the community for a wide range of dining options for you and your family.
The open-plan layout of this modern villa provides you with the space to relax as you make the most of your precious family time. The kitchen has all appliances, equipment and utensils to satisfy any culinary requirement and a breakfast bar for impromptu snacks and drinks throughout the day. A small dining table overlooks the pool deck and is a great place for tea and toast each morning, while a larger dining table nearby is perfect for dinner or evening fun playing board games. At the front of the villa is a formal lounge area with comfy seating and windows overlooking the garden, a great place to sit and relax with your favourite novel or to chat together making plans for the day ahead. At the rear of the villa is the main family lounge, furnished with comfy seating and a large flatscreen TV as well as having patio doors leading directly to the peaceful pool deck area.
The Main bedroom is at the left of the villa on the ground floor, the only bedroom downstairs, it has a King-size bed, patio doors to the pool area and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a Queen-size bed and Bedroom 3 has Twin beds, decorated and furnished in a style suitable for all guests. Bedroom 4 is close to Bedroom 3 and has Bunk beds, ideal for younger family members. A flatscreen TV in each bedroom means everybody gets the chance to watch their favourite programme if they decide to retire early after a busy day at the parks.
Community facilities are available on Southern Dunes for guests to enjoy and these include 2 swimming pools and tennis courts. Families can head to the Top Tracer driving range by the clubhouse for a fun activity that everyone can enjoy, whether you’re a golfer or not.
The pool deck is a great place to sit and recharge your batteries at the end of a long day or cool off as you enjoy a splash in the private pool or soak in the spa, looking out across the magnificent golf course behind the villa.

Southern Dunes gated community is on the US27, close to Orlando’s I-4 Highway. Disney World and Universal Resorts theme parks are about 30 minutes away and beaches on both coasts are about an hour's drive from here. Many of our private villas to rent on Southern Dunes have a games room and south or west-facing pool decks looking out over the golf course or conservation land.
