The open-plan living accommodation downstairs includes a modern lounge area at the rear of the villa with a corner sofa for 7 or 8 people in front of a large flatscreen TV. Doors here lead directly outside to the pool deck so you can wander in and out with ease. The nearby kitchen, large and extremely well-equipped, has modern appliances and granite worktops as well as a breakfast bar for 4 people. The nearby dining table will comfortably seat 8 people at a time and is also a great place to sit and play board games in the evening. Upstairs is a second lounge area and this one has a large corner sofa seating 11 people in cinema-style seats with cup holders and a large projector screen for showing your favourite movies.
The Main bedroom is upstairs and has a King-size bed, seating area, a small balcony overlooking the front of the villa and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is close to the upstairs lounge area and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is downstairs to the right of the lounge area and has a King-size bed, this room is close to the Twin-bedded Star Wars-themed Bedroom 6 with a bathroom in between. Back upstairs, Bedroom 4 is at the front of the villa and has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom that also leads out onto the landing area. Finally, Bedroom 5 has Twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have been equipped with a flatscreen TV so there is no need to miss out on watching your favourite programmes.
The games room is a great place for kids of all ages to escape to and keep themselves entertained, it has a pool table, air hockey and table football games as well as seating for supervising adults. Just outside the games room is a ‘Kids Chill Zone’ which has an arcade game, games console and seating for the video gamers. Extra activities and facilities can be found at Watersong clubhouse, just a 4 minute walk away, here you will be able to access the heated outdoor swimming pool, games room, sports courts, well-equipped gym and play area with swings and slides.
