The unmissable Universal Resorts, home to Islands of Adventure, Volcano Bay water park and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter is less than half an hour away along the easy-to-reach I-4 Highway, which also leads to Daytona, Kennedy Space Center and Busch Gardens as well as many of Florida’s award-winning beaches.
At the heart of this beautiful villa is the family lounge area with comfy sofa seating positioned in front of a flatscreen TV, the perfect setting for an evening of movie watching. Doors from here lead out to the south-facing pool area so you can wander in and out as often as you please. The open-plan kitchen is on the right and has the appliances, gadgets and equipment to satisfy any culinary desire and a convenient breakfast bar with 3 stools. Within the kitchen area is a small dining table, a great spot for tea and toast each morning as you decide on your plans for the day ahead. Adjacent to the kitchen is another dining table, a perfect setting for evening meals or board game fun once the dishes have been cleared away.
The Main bedroom sits to the right of the lounge and overlooks the pool deck, it has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is by the dining table and lounge and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom while the Twin-bedded Bedroom 3 is to the right of the front door. Bedroom 4 is to the left of the lounge and has a Queen-size bed and the nearby Bedroom 5 has Twin beds. All bedrooms have their own flatscreen televisions so there is no need for anybody to miss out on watching their favourite programmes.
The air-conditioned games room has been equipped with a pool table and a table football game so family members can challenge each other to find out who the champion is. With extra seating in here and a card table, all members of the family get to enjoy the facilities on offer.
The south-facing pool deck has a conservation view to the rear, private pool and spa heated for free in June, July and August, and an undercover dining area. Direct access to the family bathroom is possible from the pool deck so there is no need to go rushing through the house with wet feet.
