The rides, rollercoasters and parades of Disney World can be reached in as little as 20-25 minutes, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove just 30-35 minutes away. Universal Resorts, home to Orlando's newest theme park, Epic Universe, as well as the popular Islands of Adventure, Volcano Bay water park and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter is 35-40 minutes away along the I-4 Highway.
This comfortable villa will provide you and your family the ideal opportunity to forget about the stresses and strains of normal everyday living. As soon as you walk through the front door you are in a relaxing lounge area with comfy seats, flatscreen TV and doors leading out to the west-facing pool deck. The second lounge area is at the rear of the villa, again with comfy seating, flatscreen TV and more doors leading to the pool area. The centrally placed kitchen has modern appliances and all the gadgets and utensils you will hope to find if you want to prepare some delicious meals for your family. Next to the kitchen is a dining table that overlooks the pool deck, a great place for breakfast as you plan your day ahead. To the right of the front door is another dining table, the perfect setting for evening fun playing cards or laughing and chatting together.
The spacious Main bedroom is to the left of the front door and has doors to the sunny pool area, a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is on the right at the back and has a Queen-size bed, this room is next to a bathroom with direct access to the outside area. Bedroom 3 is to the right of the kitchen and is a Disney-themed room with Twin beds, Bedroom 4 also has Twin beds and is decorated and furnished in a style to suit all guests. All bedrooms have a flatscreen TV so everybody gets to watch a late-night movie after a busy day.
The well-equipped games room is the perfect place for entertaining kids or holding family competitions throughout the holiday as you work out who the best air hockey, table football or pool player is in your family. The community swimming pool, tennis court and children’s play area are just a few minutes away from this villa.
Sit back and relax in the warm Florida sunshine or pull up a chair and sit in the shade with your favourite novel. The large west-facing pool will be welcomed by everybody in the family, as will the relaxing spa. With no overlooking neighbours and a covered dining area, this is a great place to recharge your batteries after a day at the theme parks or shopping malls. Located on the US27, just 2 miles north of the bustling US192, Greater Groves is a large peaceful community of almost 500 homes which were built between the years of 1992 and 1999. Disney World theme parks are just 20-25 from here, with Universal Resorts about 35-40 minutes away. Community facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, sports courts and a children’s play area with swings and slides. A 24-hour Walmart is a short drive away for all of your shopping needs and so is the popular US192 with it's selection of Orlando's most famous restaurants.
