The villa has a pool table in the games room so you can practice your trick shots or have a few games every evening and a large double aspect outside area that faces north and west, helping you get the most out of the glorious Florida sunshine as you relax around the private pool and spa. Orange Tree community facilities are available for guests to use, including the tennis court, play area and fishing lake, and these are just a few minutes from your villa.Restaurants line the fun-packed US192 a few miles south of here, taking care of all tastes, budgets and dietary requirements. A further selection of dining options can be found a few miles north up the US27 towards the town of Clermont, waiting times for dinner might be a lot less for these establishments, particularly in busy holiday periods. The magic and excitement of Disney World can be reached in as little as 20-25 minutes from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove about 30-35 minutes away. Universal Resorts, is home to Orlando's exciting new theme park, Epic Universe, as well as The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Volcano Bay water park and the thrilling Islands of Adventure will take about 30-35 minutes to reach.
This traditionally-styled villa is the perfect base for your Orlando holiday and offers all the comforts of home to help you relax and enjoy quality time together as a family. Step inside through the front door into the first lounge area, it has comfy seating so you can sit and read a book or enjoy a chat with a loved one and still be able to look out across the pool deck at the kids splashing around. The main lounge is at the rear of the villa, it as lots of natural light, comfy seating, flatscreen TV and French doors leading out to the sunny pool deck area. The centrally placed kitchen has all the appliances, gadgets and equipment you would expect to find in a holiday villa and the nearby dining table overlooking the pool deck is a great place for cereals and coffee each morning. At the front of the villa is another dining table, a perfect setting for an evening get-together with a pack of cards.
The Main bedroom is to the right of the villa and has a King-size bed, French doors to the pool area and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the rear of the villa and has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 3, furnished with Bunk beds also has an arcade video game machine and this room is close to Bedrooms 4 and 5 which are Twin-bedded rooms, decorated and furnished in a style suitable for guests of any age or gender. Bedroom 6 is at the back of the villa and has been furnished with Twin beds.

Orange Tree is a peaceful, very popular community located just off the US27 in Clermont, with large plots and wide-open common spaces. Situated close to Disney World, this well-established community is in a fantastic location for everything Orlando has to offer. All of the 4 and 5 bedroom vacation villas we have to rent have a private pool and many of them also benefit from having a games room and south or west-facing view from the pool deck, often with a scenic conservation view.
