All of Orlando’s major theme parks are within easy driving distances, Disney World is just 15-20 minutes from here, Discovery Cove and SeaWorld are less than half an hour away and Universal Resorts, which includes Orlando's thrilling new theme park, Epic Universe, as well as The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, can be reached in as little as 35-40 minutes. Slightly to the north of the community is the junction to the US192, the popular tourist corridor, playing host to a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants that cater to every taste and budget. A little bit closer is Berry Town Center, with a Publix supermarket, British bar and range of family restaurants.
This vacation villa provides all the comforts of home and gives you and your family enough space to be able to relax and enjoy your holiday together. The first lounge area greets you as soon as you walk through the front door and has comfy seating so you can recharge your batteries here as you get engrossed in your favourite novel. The second lounge area, overlooking the pool deck, is at the rear of the villa and has a large corner sofa so that everybody can sit here and watch a movie in the evening. The kitchen is to the left of the villa and has all the equipment, gadgets and appliances you are likely to need as well as a convenient breakfast bar with 2 stools. Between the kitchen and doors leading to the west-facing pool deck is a small dining table, a great place for cereal and fruit juice each morning. Adjacent to the front lounge is a more formal dining table, perfect for mealtimes or fun evenings playing board games together.
The Main bedroom is on the right-hand side of the villa and has a King-size bed, patio doors leading to the pool area and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the right of the front door and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are Twin-bedded rooms furnished in a style to suit all guests, these are to the right of the formal dining area and close to a bathroom. Each bedroom has its own wall-mounted flatscreen TV, so everybody gets the chance to watch their choice of programme as they drift off to sleep at night.
Head to the games room to enjoy as much table tennis and basketball as you like! Seating has also been provided so that those awaiting their next turn or wanting to watch the wall-mounted flatscreen TV, can do so in comfort.
The large west-facing pool deck benefits greatly from having conservation views to the rear and is a perfect place to relax as you soak up the rays. The refreshing pool will be welcomed by everybody and when the kids go to bed you can sit around the table with a cold drink and start making plans for your next Florida villa holiday.
Legacy Park is large community just off the US27 and is divided into 7 smaller subdivisions, including The Retreat. Being close to Disney makes this a popular community for theme park fans, and the large private villas on offer here benefit from having games rooms and south or west facing pools looking out over conservation areas. With restaurants and fast food outlets to suit all tastes and budgets along both sides of the nearby US192 you will never be short of dining options.
