It features a private pool and spa with golf course views, a games room and is just a 7 minute walk from the community facilities, which include 2 swimming pools, tennis courts and a children’s play area, ideal for using up guests’ energy before bed. Within the Southern Dunes clubhouse is a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, should you not feel like cooking. If you head south on the US27, you will reach Manny’s Chop House, as well as a couple of other restaurants. There is also a 24 hour Walmart within walking distance of Southern Dunes, where you can top up on snacks and drinks for lazy days around the pool. Disney World is just 25-30 minutes away by car, so make your way to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios to create unforgettable memories with your family. Orlando’s newest theme park is Epic Universe, which has thrilling rollercoasters and exiting experience for all, all just 40-45 minutes from your villa. More adrenaline pumping rides can be found at Universal Resorts, with The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park all reached in 35-40 minutes. Swim with dolphins at Discover Cove, or encounter manatees and sharks at SeaWorld, both 30-35 minutes away from your villa.
Kick off your shoes and let you vacation begin as soon as you enter this vacation villa. The kitchen is located to the left of the villa, well-equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to make tasty meals for your family. The breakfast bar and additional breakfast table offer great places for you to start your day with coffee and toast, before you head off to Orlando’s theme parks. To the front left is the formal dining table with enough seating for all guests, an ideal place to enjoy a meal together before playing board games. The main family lounge is to the back of the villa with a flatscreen TV, comfy sofa seating and a door leading to the private pool. Centrally located is a second lounge with sofa seating, an ideal spot to curl up with a book or enjoy a chat. Nearby doors also provide access to the private pool.
The Main bedroom is located to the right of the villa with a King-size bed, door leading to the private pool and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the back left with a Queen-size bed, while Bedrooms 3 and 4 are to the left, both with Twin beds and are decorated in styles to suit guests of all ages. All bedrooms come equipped with a flatscreen TV so guests can watch their favourite movies as they drift off to sleep.
Take a break from the Orlando sunshine and head to the games room at the front of the villa. Inside you will find a pool table where you can practice your trick shots and a shuffleboard game, great for playing a few competitive matches. Just 7 minutes walk from your villa is the community facilities which include 2 community swimming pools, a children’s play area and tennis courts, so there is something for everyone.
Spend quality time with your family at your very own private pool and spa, with golf course views and no overlooking neighbours to the rear. Relax your muscles in the spa as your kids play in the pool, before laying back and topping up your tan in the Florida sunshine. A nearby door provides access to the bathroom opposite Bedroom 2, so a towel can easily be reached without a mad dash through the villa. Southern Dunes gated community is on the US27, close to Orlando’s I-4 Highway. Disney World and Universal Resorts theme parks are about 30 minutes away and beaches on both coasts are about an hour's drive from here. Many of our private villas to rent on Southern Dunes have a games room and south or west-facing pool decks looking out over the golf course or conservation land. Community facilities include a bar and restaurant, swimming pools, tennis courts, kid's play area, lake and 24hr manned security.
