This privately owned 4 bedroom vacation villa is on the gated Davenport resort community of Solana. It features a west-facing pool and spa, a games room and is just an 8 minute walk from the resort facilities. At the clubhouse you will find a heated swimming pool, children’s play area, hot tub and a Tiki bar where you can buy a chilled drink. In the clubhouse is a well-equipped gym, TV lounge, computer room and games arcade. Just about a mile away from Solana is Berry Town Center, which has an Applebee’s and iHop restaurants. Alternatively, head north on the US27 to reach the US192 to find hundreds of family friendly restaurants. Disney World can be reached with a 20-25 minute drive, so head to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios to meet your favourite characters and create unforgettable memories. Universal Resorts are 35-40 minutes from your villa and are where you can taste a Butterbeer at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, get soaked at Volcano Bay water park and find adrenaline pumping thrills at Islands of Adventure. Find more excitement by swimming with dolphins at Discovery Cove, or encountering sharks at SeaWorld, both just 30-35 minutes from your villa.
The kitchen is located to the back right of the villa, equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to make tasty meals for your family. The breakfast bar and nearby table are great places to start your day with cereal and orange juice. To the central right of the villa is a formal dining table where you can enjoy a meal and then play card games once the kids have cleared away the dishes. The main family lounge is at the back right of the villa with a flatscreen TV and door leading to the west-facing pool. Watch your favourite movies here as you keep an eye on the kids as they play in the water.
The Main bedroom is located to the left of the villa and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, which has a door leading to the west-facing pool. Bedroom 2 is located to the right and has a Queen-size bed, while Bedrooms 3 and 4 are to the front left of the villa, both with Twin beds. All bedrooms in this vacation villa come with a flatscreen TV making evenings even more relaxing as guests fall asleep watching their favourite movies.
Make your way to the games room located at the front of the villa to find a pool table and air hockey. Challenge your family to a game to see who the villa champion is. For more entertainment walk just 8 minutes to reach the resort facilities. In the clubhouse you will find a TV lounge, well-equipped gym, computer room and a games room with arcade machines. Outside is a heated swimming pool, hot tub, children’s play area and a Tiki bar selling refreshing drinks. Sporty guests will want to head towards the beach volleyball court and mini golf.
Recharge your batteries at the west-facing pool and spa at this vacation villa.
