This 5 bedroom property has a private pool, covered outdoor dining area and no overlooking neighbours. Guests staying here have access to the resort facilities, 15 minutes away on foot or just 3 minutes away if you’re driving. These amenities include a heated swimming pool, separate spa, lazy river, sunbathing terrace with loungers and cabanas, children’s play area, tennis and beach volleyball courts and a clubhouse with an internet room with free wi-fi and a well-equipped gym. The magic and excitement of Disney World can be reached in as little as 15-20 minutes from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove just 20-25 minutes away by car. Orlando's newest theme park, Epic Universe, can be reached in 30-35 minutes and has four exciting worlds for your family to explore. Guests wishing to mix with Muggles in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, to ride The Incredible Hulk Coaster at Islands of Adventure or to make a splash at Volcano Bay water park, can be at Universal Resorts in less than half an hour via the I-4 Highway. This is the same road, running east to west across the state that will take you to Daytona, Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens and many of Florida’s award-winning beaches. For a traditional American dining experience, head to ChampionsGate Village, just 5 minutes away from Solterra. Here you will find a wide selection of restaurants, take-aways, coffee shops and bars, with enough choice to satisfy all tastes, appetites and dietary requirements.
This nicely decorated vacation home has enough space and home comforts to help you and your family relax as soon as you step through the front door. The centrally placed kitchen has all the appliances and gadgets needed to fulfil any culinary task and a convenient breakfast bar with seating for 4 people. A nearby dining table, with seating for 6, is great for meals, snacks or evening fun playing games. The family lounge is at the rear of the villa and has comfy seating, patio doors to the private pool area and a large flatscreen TV. The upstairs lounge has a small sectional sofa in front of a flatscreen TV, a cosy place to sit and watch a movie with a loved one.
The Main bedroom, upstairs at the back of the property, has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is also at the back of the home and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it is at the front of the property, and it has been furnished with a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 4 is upstairs at the front and is a Disney Princess-themed room with Bunk beds, next to this room is the Marvel-themed Twin-bedded Bedroom 5. All bedrooms in this home have their own flatscreen TV, so everybody gets the chance to watch their programme of choice as they drift off to sleep at the end of each busy day.
The resort facilities, a 15 minute walk away from here, or 3 minutes by car, are available for all guests to enjoy during their stay on Solterra. These amenities include a clubhouse with internet room and well-equipped gym. The outdoor pool is heated, as is the nearby spa and lazy river. Sunbathers can top up their tan on one of the many sun loungers available around the pool, or rest in the shade in one of the many cabanas. Also available is a children’s play area, BBQ and picnic area, tennis and beach volleyball courts.
After busy days at the theme parks you can return home and enjoy quality family time as you make long-lasting memories together around the private pool. With walls to both sides and the back, you have no overlooking neighbours, and the pool deck loo means no more mad sprints through the house with wet feet when mother nature calls! Beautiful spacious 5 bedroom vacation home located in the gated community of Solterra. Open concept, well equipped kitchen, lovely lounge and a pool area with shaded lanai area and no overlooking neighbours.
Refurbishment work to some of the resort facilities is due to be carried out between September and December 2026. The lazy river is will close from 8 September, with work on the swimming pool and hot tub starting on 22 September. We anticipate these facilities reopening on 14 December 2026, although this may be subject to change. The clubhouse, and all other facilities, will continue operate. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. The work is outside our control. If you have an existing booking and have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Solterra have introduced a 'Resort Facilities Fee'. This fee is $35 for parties of up to 12 people and $45 for parties of 12 and more. This covers all guests and for the duration of your stay. This fee can be paid at the clubhouse after arrival on the day and is only payable if you intend to use the facilities. If for example, your flight is delayed and the clubhouse is closed when you arrive, then you can visit the clubhouse the following day to arrange payment.
