Just 2 miles away from your vacation home is ChampionsGate Village, which has a range of family friendly restaurants that will tempt your tastebuds. Disney World can be reached in 20-25 minutes by car, so make your way to Magic Kingdom to watch the parades, Epcot to visit the World Showcase and Hollywood Studios to see the Fantasmic! nighttime show. Universal Resorts are 30-35 minutes away and include The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, all offering thrilling days out for your whole family. More fun can be found by driving just 25-30 minutes to Discovery Cove to swim with dolphins, or visit SeaWorld, where you can come face to face with sharks and polar bears!
As soon as you step through the front door of this vacation home you find yourself in the main family lounge. With a flatscreen TV and plenty of comfy seating, it is the perfect place to unwind and watch all your favourite movies. The modern and well-equipped kitchen is centrally located, where the designated chef can make tasty meals for the whole family, while breakfast bar seating provides a great place to start your mornings with tea and toast. Opposite the kitchen is the formal dining table where you can enjoy a meal before spending the evening playing board games.
All bedrooms in this vacation home are located upstairs. The Main bedroom is towards the rear with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 2 is to the left with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are towards the front and both have a Single and Double bed, as well as sharing an en-suite bathroom.
Find hours of fun in the games room located at the front of this vacation home. Here you will find a pool table, air hockey and a ping-pong table. Spend time practicing before challenging your family to a game to see who in your family is the game champion. Community facilities by the entrance to The Dales can be reached with a 3 minute drive or a 23 minute walk. The Shire is a small, peaceful gated subdivision of West Haven, a popular Davenport community close to Disney World with a range of 4 and 5 bedroom privately owned villas, all with their own pool and spa. Many of our villas to rent also have a games room and south or west-facing pool. Disney is 15 minutes away, while Universal and SeaWorld are 30 minutes away. Shops, restaurants and golf courses are all within a short driving distance. Guests have access to community facilities which include a clubhouse with TV lounge and gym, tennis and volleyball courts and large outdoor swimming pool.
