If you fancy a break from self-catering, then the popular US192 is just a few minutes’ drive from your villa and offers hundreds of dining options for you to try out, catering to all tastes and budgets. Disney World can be reached with just a 15-20 minute drive, so make sure to visit Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios to meet all your favourite characters and create unforgettable memories. Orlando’s newest theme park – Epic Universe, is just 30-35 minutes from your villa and is where your family can explore colourful worlds and ride the newest rollercoasters. More adrenaline pumping rides can be found at Universal Resorts, which is home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, all 25-30 minutes away. Swim with dolphins at Discovery Cove or ride the exciting Pipeline: The Surf Coaster at Seaworld, both just a 20-25 minute drive from your villa.
Let your holiday begin as soon as you enter this open-plan vacation villa. The kitchen is to the back left of the home, well-equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to make tasty meals for your family, while the breakfast bar offers an excellent place to start your day with tea and toast. To the left of the villa is a formal dining table, perfect for enjoying a meal and then playing board games once the kids have cleared away the dishes. The main family lounge is to the back right of the villa with a flatscreen TV, comfy sofa seating and a door leading to the private pool and spa. Watch all your favourite movies here before stepping out for a quick dip in the water. A second lounge can be found at the front of the villa with comfy sofa seating, a great place to curl up with a book or enjoy a quiet chat.
The Main bedroom is the only bedroom on the ground floor. It is located to the back right of the villa and has a King-size bed, a door to the private pool and spa and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs and at the front right with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 3 is to the left and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Towards the front left of the villa is Bedroom 4 with a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 5 is to the right and has Twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 6 is at the back left of the villa with a Disney-theme, Twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 7 is to the back right with a Harry Potter-theme, Bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom. Not only does each bedroom in this villa have access to an en-suite bathroom, they each come equipped with a flatscreen TV for added guest comfort and convenience.
Head to the games room located at the front of the villa to play on the pool table, basketball game and table football in air-conditioned comfort, while guests waiting for their turn can watch a movie on the flatscreen TV. Walk just 8 minutes to reach the community facilities which include a clubhouse with a TV lounge, well-equipped gym, a heated swimming pool and a kids splash pool, while more active guests can make use of the basketball, tennis and beach volleyball courts.

Orlando’s major tourist attractions, including Disney World and Universal Resorts, can be reached within 15 - 30 minutes. Shops, bars, restaurants and golf courses can be found much closer.
