This large 3 bedroom villa, on a gated Davenport community provides your family with everything they could need during your stay in Orlando, including a private swimming pool, second lounge with TV and a great family games room. The community facilities include a tennis court, kiddie’s play park and a BBQ and picnic area, these are located in a quiet corner of the estate, a couple of minutes’ walk from your villa. Magic Kingdom and the other Disney World parks are just 15-20 minutes away along the nearby US192, which is also home to hundreds of restaurants and take-aways for all tastes, budgets and appetites. SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are less than half an hour away along the nearby I-4 Highway, which also leads to Orlando's thrilling new theme park, Epic Universe, as well as The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Volcano Bay water park and the other attractions at Universal Resorts which will take 35-40 minutes to reach.
This comfortable family villa will be the source of many happy memories as you celebrate some quality time with your family here. At the front of the villa is a movie lounge with comfortable cinema-style seats in front of a large flatscreen TV, a perfect way to enjoy a movie night together. The open-plan kitchen can be found in the centre of the villa and has all the appliances, equipment and gadgets you are likely to need as well as a convenient breakfast bar with 3 seats. Nearby is a formal dining table with 6 chairs, a great place for meals or evening fun playing board games. The main family lounge is at the rear of the villa and has comfy seats, flatscreen TV and patio doors leading to the sunny pool deck.
The Main bedroom is to the left of the family lounge and has a Queen-size bed, doors to the pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the right of the family lounge and has a Queen-size bed, Bedroom 3 is next to Bedroom 2 and has a set of Bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own flatscreen TV so there is no need for anybody to miss out on watching their favourite programme.
Head to the games room and hold some fun tournaments to find out who the best pool or table football player is in your family. Nearby is the community tennis court, kiddie’s playground with swings and slides as well as a family BBQ and picnic area.
The outside area, with a private pool has a good-sized deck and a covered, outdoor dining table with seating for 6 people, perfect for relaxing at the end of a busy day.
Highgate Park is a peaceful gated sub-community within the larger Legacy Park community on the US27 in Davenport. It is close to Disney World and all road links taking you to Universal, SeaWorld and Orlando’s other top attractions.
