The lively US192 is a few miles north of Legacy Park and has hundreds of take-aways and restaurants to choose from, serving everything from salads to steaks, burgers to burritos and pasta to pancakes. Disney World is just 15-20 minutes away along the US192, and SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are less than half an hour away. Harry Potter fans eager to ride on Hogwarts Express or stroll down Diagon Alley with a Butterbeer can be at Universal Resorts in as little as 35-40 minutes. Universal Epic Universe is also just 35-40 minutes from your villa and is Orlando's newest theme park, with four exciting worlds to explore, including How to Train Your Dragon - Isle of Berk and SUPER NINTENDO WORLD. Travel on the I-4 Highway to reach Daytona and Kennedy Space Center in the east and Tampa and Busch Gardens in the west, as well as many of Florida’s award-winning beaches on both coastlines.
This nicely decorated and tastefully furnished home from home will be a welcome relief away from the hustle and bustle of normal everyday living. At the front of the villa is a quiet lounge area with modern seating and windows overlooking the garden. This is a great place to sit and relax with a good book as you recharge your batteries after a busy day. At the back of the villa, with windows overlooking the pool deck, is the main family lounge with a large corner sofa and separate armchair in front of a flatscreen TV, a cosy place for family movie nights together. The nearby kitchen is large and well-equipped with all the appliances and gadgets you will need for meal preparation and has a breakfast bar for quick snacks and drinks throughout the day. Between the kitchen and doors leading to the pool deck is a dining table, the perfect place for breakfast each morning as you work out your plans for the day ahead. An additional dining table is next to the lounge at the front of the villa and is an ideal setting for mealtimes or evening fun playing games and chatting.
The Main bedroom is upstairs on the left of the landing and has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is next to this room and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is on the opposite side of the landing and has been furnished with 2 sets of Bunk beds, great for 3 or 4 siblings enjoying a holiday together, Bedroom 4 is nearby and has a set of Bunk beds. Each bedroom has a TV so nobody has to miss out on watching their favourite programme at the end of each busy day.
The games room will be the source of many happy holiday memories as you play endless games of pool and air hockey against each other. If these games are not for you then relax on the sofa to watch TV or play on the games console.
The private pool has no close neighbours behind the villa and plenty of space on the deck area for relaxing in the sunshine as you watch the kids splash around in the pool. Direct access to the downstairs cloakroom from the pool deck means there will be no mad dashes through the villa with wet feet.

Legacy Park is large community just off the US27 and is divided into 7 smaller subdivisions, including The Retreat. Being close to Disney makes this a popular community for theme park fans, and the large private villas on offer here benefit from having games rooms and south or west facing pools looking out over conservation areas. With restaurants and fast food outlets to suit all tastes and budgets along both sides of the nearby US192 you will never be short of dining options.
