It features a south-facing pool, good sized rooms, has access to the community facilities which are just a 6 minute walk away and include a children’s play area, tennis courts and a 5 acre playing field. Find hundreds of restaurants by heading a few miles south on the US27 towards the popular US192, or travel north to find more family friendly eateries with shorter waiting times. Disney World can be reached in 25-30 minutes by car, so make your way to Magic Kingdom to watch the parades, Epcot to taste cuisine from around the world or Hollywood Studios to become a Jedi at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. Alternatively, travel 40-45 minutes to Universal Resorts and visit Orlando's newest theme park, Epic Universe, as well as The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, where your family will create even more unforgettable memories. Further excitement can be found just 35-40 minutes away at Discovery Cove, where you can swim with dolphins, or SeaWorld, where you can encounter penguins and polar bears.

The kitchen is located to the left of the home, equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to make delicious meals for your whole family, while the breakfast bar seating is an ideal place to start your morning with tea and toast. Next to the kitchen is a breakfast table, should additional seating be required. Opposite the kitchen is a formal dining table where you can enjoy a meal, before spending the rest of the evening playing board games. Towards the rear of the villa is the family lounge with a sectional sofa, a flatscreen TV and a door leading to the south-facing pool. Watch all your favourite programmes here while keeping an eye on the kids as they play in the water.
Just to the left of the family lounge is the Main bedroom, with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom which has a door leading to the south-facing pool. Bedroom 2 is to the right of the lounge with a King-size bed, a door to the pool and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is located at the front left of the villa with a Queen-size bed, while Bedrooms 4 and 5 are both towards the right, both with Twin beds.
Though there is no games room in this villa, community facilities can be reached with a 6 minute walk. These include a children’s play area, tennis courts and a 5 acre playing field that includes a football pitch.
Spend quality time with your family at the south-facing pool at this vacation villa. With a good degree of privacy, you can relax in the Orlando sunshine as you top up your tan or have a swim. A door leading to the en-suite bathroom of the Main bedroom ensures there are no wet footprints throughout the villa when you go looking for a towel. After a long day at the theme parks, enjoy a chilled drink and a snack at the covered dining table as you chat and make plans for your next Orlando villa vacation.
Orange Tree is a peaceful, very popular community located just off the US27 in Clermont, with large plots and wide-open common spaces. Situated close to Disney World, this well-established community is in a fantastic location for everything Orlando has to offer. All of the 4 and 5 bedroom vacation villas we have to rent have a private pool and many of them also benefit from having a games room and south or west-facing view from the pool deck, often with a scenic conservation view. The popular US192, with its wide range of shops and family-friendly restaurants is a few miles south of here.
