The open-plan layout starts with the family lounge as soon as you step into the entrance, here you will find lots of natural light and comfy seating in front of a flatscreen TV. The dining table is next and is a great place for meals or evening fun playing board games. The well-equipped kitchen is at the rear of the villa and has modern appliances and all the gadgets you will require, as well as a convenient breakfast bar for snacks and drinks throughout the day. A second lounge area is upstairs in case viewing preferences differ, this lounge has a large corner sofa and a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV.
The Main bedroom is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it is to the left of the kitchen and has a King-size bed, patio doors leading to the west-facing pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs at the back of the villa and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is upstairs at the front and has been furnished with 2 Double beds and has an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4, a Disney-themed bedroom with a Single bed and a Double bed, also has an en-suite bathroom. Lastly, the Star Wars-themed Bedroom 5 has Bunk beds and its own en-suite bathroom. A TV in each bedroom means that everybody gets the chance to watch their choice of programme as they unwind at the end of a busy day.
A great place to escape the hot Florida sun is the well-equipped games room, it is also the perfect place to hold some fun family tournaments as you work out who the best table tennis player, air hockey or table football player is. Extra games and facilities can be found at the nearby clubhouse, which has a heated swimming pool, gym, tennis and volleyball courts and games room.
After busy days exploring everything Florida has to offer, return to your villa and make the most out of the sunny outside area while the kids splash around in their own private west-facing pool. There is easy access to the downstairs cloakroom from the pool deck, avoiding any slippery trips through the house with wet feet.
