This 6 bedroom villa on the Italian-inspired gated resort of Bella Vida in Kissimmee is the perfect base for your Orlando adventure! Be entertained while you dine with the Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament opposite the resort or head a few minutes north of the community to the bustling US192 with its great range of shops, bars and restaurants which suit all budgets and tastes. Explore the Old Town at Kissimmee just a few miles away from your villa, where you can experience a recreation of a classic Florida town, visit the shops and restaurants and enjoy the weekly car shows, before taking a ride on the Ferris wheel. If you want more adrenaline-filled rides then head to the theme parks that Orlando is famous for. The Disney parks are just 20 minutes away, while SeaWorld and Universal Studios can be reached in 25 minutes. Just 30-35 minutes from your villa is Orlando's new and exciting theme park, Universal Epic Universe, so make sure to give it a visit!
The formal lounge which overlooks the front garden is at the front of the villa. Sit down and relax with a good book on the sofas and armchair, or watch a spot of TV. Behind the formal lounge is the formal dining area where six guests can be seated at a round glass-topped table. The open-plan kitchen is behind the dining area and has some stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar where three guests can be seated. Eight more guests can gather around the glass-topped breakfast table at the rear of the kitchen, which overlooks the pool. To the left of the kitchen is the large family lounge where there is plenty of room for all the family to gather around a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, or use the doors to access the southwest-facing pool deck. Upstairs is a small bonus lounge where you can get a bit of peace and quiet on the four seats, or watch a spot of TV with a loved one.
All of the bedrooms are upstairs. The Main bedroom is at the top of the stairs on the right and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 also has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom and is at the rear of the villa. Next to the Main bedroom is Bedroom 3, which has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Nearby is Bedroom 4 which has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 5 and 6 share an en-suite bathroom, and both have Twin beds. Each room has a ceiling fan and flatscreen TV for the comfort and convenience of every guest.
Get competitive in the carpeted games room at the centre of the villa, where you can play pool or air hockey, or just watch and cheer from the seating. The community facilities at the clubhouse are just 4 minute's walk away and include a TV lounge, computer lounge, outside children’s play area, zero-entry swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers, spa, a well-equipped fitness centre, games room, fishing lake and basketball and volleyball courts.
