ChampionsGate Village is nearby to your villa and has a wide range of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets, as well as a Publix supermarket where you can get drinks and snacks for lazy days relaxing around the pool and spa. The ever popular US192 is 5 miles north of your villa and has an even wider range of restaurants and shops for you to visit. Disney World can be reached in 20-25 minutes and has Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios, where you can meet your favourite characters and watch the world famous firework displays. Make sure to visit Orlando’s newest theme park – Epic Universe which can be reached with a 35-40 minute drive. Here your family can explore unique and exciting locations with plenty of fun experiences for all. More thrills can be found at Universal Resorts, home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, 30-35 minutes from your villa. Swim with dolphins at Discovery Cove or ride the Mako and Kraken rollercoasters at SeaWorld, both reached with a 25-30 minute drive.
Let your vacation start the moment you enter this privately owned vacation villa. The modern and well-equipped kitchen is centrally located and has all the utensils and appliances needed to make delicious meals. The breakfast bar is a great spot to enjoy a glass of wine while dinner is being made. Have a meal at the formal dining table located to the back left of the villa, before playing board games once the dishes have been cleared away. To the right of the villa is the main family lounge with a sectional sofa, flatscreen TV and a door leading to the west-facing pool and spa, making it the ideal place to watch your favourite movies while keeping an eye on your kids as they play in the water. Upstairs is a centrally located lounge with a flatscreen TV and comfy sofa seating, helpful should some guests not want to miss their favourite programme. Also upstairs and to the front of the villa is a third lounge with a flatscreen TV, sofa seating and a table football game. This is a great spot for younger guests to claim as their own space during their stay.
The Main bedroom is located on the ground floor at the left of the villa. It has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, which has a door to the west-facing pool and spa. Bedroom 2 is to the front right of the villa with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is upstairs and to the left of the villa with a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom which is shared with the Unicorn-themed Bedroom 4, which has Twin beds. Bedroom 5 is towards the back right and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom shared with Bedroom 6, which has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 7 is at the front right of the villa and has a Queen-size bed while Bedroom 8 is to the rear of the villa with a Shrek-theme and Bunk beds.
Though there is no games room in this villa, guests can head upstairs to the lounge at the front of the villa to find table football, as well as comfy sofa seating and a flatscreen TV. More entertainment can be found at ChampionsGate resort facilities, with both the Retreat and Oasis Clubhouses being a 5-10 minute drive away. Here you will find heated swimming pools, a lazy river, water slides, spa, kids splash zone, mini golf and a licenced Tiki bar selling chilled drinks. There is also a modern gym, movie theatre and a games room with arcade machines. For guests wanting to keep themselves active, there are beach volleyball and tennis courts available for use.
