The nearby family dining table seats 6 people and is also a great place to sit and play board games after dinner. The spacious kitchen is at the heart of the villa and has all the equipment, appliances and utensils you might need, as well as a breakfast bar with 2 stools. A smaller dining table is adjacent to the kitchen, the ideal spot to sit and enjoy breakfast as you plan the activities of the day ahead. The main family lounge, with lots of natural light, is at the rear of the villa and has comfy sofas, a large flatscreen TV and doors leading outside to the west-facing pool deck.
The Main bedroom is just off the lounge and overlooks the pool deck, it has a four-poster King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while Bedrooms 3 and 4 are both Twin rooms, with a family bathroom separating them. Each bedroom has its own flatscreen TV so nobody has to miss out on watching their programme of choice.
The games room has been equipped with an arcade machine and a pool table for those wishing to escape the hot Florida sun and to enjoy a little bit of friendly competition together. The community facilities, less than a 10 minute stroll from here, include a heated swimming pool, fitness centre, games room, play area, Tiki bar, sauna, sports courts and jogging trails.
