Sitting on the well-established Lindfields community in Kissimmee, this homely traditional 3 bedroom privately owned villa is ideal for your family vacation to Orlando. The large, completely secluded, southwest-facing pool deck is the perfect place to recharge your batteries after a busy day exploring Florida. Magic Kingdom and the other Disney World theme parks can be reached in as little as 10-15 minutes, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are about 20-25 minutes away and Universal Resorts, including Orlando's brand new theme park, Epic Universe, as well as The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Volcano Bay water park is less than half an hour away. Hundreds of restaurant and take-away options line the US192 which is just a minute or so away, catering for all tastes, budgets and dietary requirements. Retail therapy is available at Sunset Walk and Rolling Oaks Commons, both offer plenty of free parking and are just 5 minutes away from here.
Immediately inside the front door is the formal dining table with seating for 6 people, a great place for meals together or evening fun playing games and chatting. To the left of the villa is the spacious open-plan kitchen with all the appliances, equipment and gadgets you might need, with a breakfast bar for quick snacks and drinks. At the rear of the villa is the family lounge with comfy sofas, a flatscreen TV and patio doors to the southwest-facing pool deck.
The Main bedroom is on the left of the kitchen and has a King-size bed, patio doors to the pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is inside the front door to the far left-hand side and has Bunk beds and this is next to the Twin-bedded Bedroom 3, decorated in a style that would suit all guests.
The large southwest-facing pool deck has privacy hedges and fences on all sides, giving you the chance to fully relax and enjoy the sunshine. Cool off in the refreshing private pool or grab a cold drink and sit on a comfy chair under the shaded area with a good book.
Lindfields is a small peaceful community in Kissimmee, close to Disney and the ever popular US192, with its abundance of shops, bars and family restaurants. The private villas available to rent on Lindfields, mainly with 3 or 4 bedrooms, often have large pool decks, south or west-facing pools and games rooms to keep the kids entertained. From here you can also be at Universal, SeaWorld or Discovery Cove in a little over 30 minutes, or sitting on one of Florida’s beaches in less than 2 hours.
