Disney World can be reached in just 15-20 minutes, so visit Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios to see parades, fireworks and create unforgettable memories. Make sure to visit Orlando’s newest theme park - Epic Universe, which offers exciting new rollercoasters and unique experiences within 4 different locations. The kitchen is to the back right of the villa, well-equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to make tasty meals. The nearby breakfast table is the perfect place to start your morning with coffee and bagels before heading out for a day of exploring Orlando. Centrally located is the formal dining table where you can enjoy a meal or play board games throughout the day. The family lounge is at the back left and has a flatscreen TV, comfy sofa seating and a door leading to the private pool. The Main bedroom has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom and is at the rear of the villa. Bedroom 2 is towards the front right with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is the only bedroom on the ground floor and it has a Queen-size bed, making it ideal for grandparents or early risers. Back upstairs, the Harry Potter-themed Bedroom 4 is to the left and has a and Twin beds, while the Disney-themed Bedroom 5 has Twin beds. All bedrooms in this vacation villa have a flatscreen TV so guests can drift off to sleep as they watch their favourite movies.
Head to the front of the villa to find the air-conditioned games room, offering hours of fun for your family with table football, ping-pong and an arcade game.

Very nice 5 bedroom vacation villa. The home is very clean, spacious well maintained and well equipped. The ground floor is an extremely open floor plan with a large TV. The games room is clean and well kept. The pool deck has an east facing sunrise view. All told I really like this house.
