It has 4 bedrooms, each having access to an en-suite bathroom, a west-facing private pool and spa, an air-conditioned games room and is a minute walk from community facilities. Here you will find an outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court and 2 children’s play areas. Just over a mile from your villa is a Publix supermarket at ChampionsGate Village, perfect for getting drinks and snacks for lazy days relaxing around the pool and spa. There are also a wide range of restaurants and fast food options to suit all tastes and budgets. Disney World can be reached in just 20-25 minutes, so hop in your car and make your way to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios to meet all your favourite characters and watch the daily parades. Epic Universe is Orlando’s newest theme park and is 30-35 minutes from your villa, offering exciting locations and experiences for your family to enjoy. Universal Resorts are home to plenty of jaw dropping thrills at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, all 30-35 minutes from your villa. Animal lovers will want to make their way to Discovery Cove to swim with dolphins, while SeaWorld has penguins, manatees and polar bears, all just 25-30 minutes away.
Spend quality time with your family at this Davenport vacation villa. The kitchen is to the right of the villa, well-equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to make tasty meals during your stray. Start your morning with coffee and toast at the breakfast bar and table, before heading out to explore Orlando. Opposite the kitchen is the formal dining table where you can enjoy a meal before playing card games once the dishes have been cleared away. The family lounge is towards the back of the villa with a large sectional sofa, a flatscreen TV and doors leading to the west-facing pool and spa. Watch your favourite movies here while keeping an eye on your kids as they play in the water.
The Main bedroom is at the back right of the villa with a King-size bed, door to the west-facing pool and spa and an en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 2 is at the front left of the villa with a Queen-size bed. The Marvel-themed Bedroom 3 is at the left of the villa with Twin beds and shares an en-suite bathroom with the Princess-themed Bedroom 4 which has Twin beds. All bedrooms in this vacation villa come equipped with a flatscreen TV, so guests can watch their favourite movies as they drift off to sleep.
Take a break from the Orlando heat and head to the air conditioned games room which has a pool table and arcade games, offering plenty of entertainment for your whole family. Take a 1 minute stroll and you will find the community facilities which include an outdoor swimming pool, children’s play area and a tennis court for guests wanting to keep active.
