The lively US192 is a few minutes away and offers hundreds of dining options, serving anything from steaks to salad, burger to burritos and pancakes to pizza, or grab a take-away and come back to your villa and dine alfresco in the sunshine.
This Florida villa is perfect for your family holiday, offering all the comforts of home so that you can forget about the stresses and strains of normal everyday living. As soon as you step foot inside the villa you will be in a family lounge area with comfy seats, flatscreen TV and windows overlooking the garden. The second lounge area is at the rear of the villa and again has comfy seats in front of a flatscreen TV. Doors from here lead out to the sunny pool deck area so you can wander in and out as often as you please. The kitchen is centrally placed and has all the appliances, equipment and utensils you will need for making dinner, packed lunches or snacks for everybody. A small dining table in the kitchen is perfect for tea and toast each morning as you work out your plans for the day ahead, with another larger dining table towards the front of the villa.
The Main bedroom is to the right of the dining area and has a window overlooking the front garden, a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a door leading to the pool area. Bedroom 2 is to the left of the main lounge and has a Queen-size bed while the nearby Bedroom 3 has a Double bed. Younger family members will appreciate the Disney touches in Bedroom 4 which has been furnished with Twin beds.
The games room has been furnished with comfy sofas so spectators can sit and watch the action as the kids play games of table football or table tennis against each other. The community facilities are nearby and include a swimming pool with large sunbathing deck, kiddie’s playground, sports courts and a large playing field.
The large, completely private pool deck has a good-sized pool, a covered outdoor table for alfresco dining and plenty of patio space to relax in the Florida sunshine. There is also a good amount of surrounding land outside of the pool screen, an ideal spot for BBQ evenings so you can make the most of your time together. There is direct access to the en-suite bathroom of the the Main bedroom from the pool deck.
