The villa has 4 good-sized bedrooms, with enough beds to sleep up to 10 guests, 2 lounge areas, a modern kitchen, a well-equipped, air-conditioned games room and a large pool deck with privacy hedges to all sides and your own private swimming pool. The resort facilities will only take 8 minutes to walk to from your villa and include a heated swimming pool, lazy river, spa, sun loungers, picnic area, tennis and beach volleyball courts, children’s play area and a clubhouse with wi-fi, TV lounge and well-equipped gym. ChampionsGate Village is only a couple of miles from here and has a Publix supermarket for all your grocery requirements and a selection of family restaurants and take aways, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rides, characters and parades of Disney World can be reached in as little as 15-20 minutes from Solterra, or, if you fancy a show at SeaWorld or to swim with dolphins at Discovery Cove, allow just 20-25 minutes for your journey. Universal resorts is less than half an hour away from here and is your destination if you want to sip a Butterbeer in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, make a splash at Volcano Bay water park or to ride adrenalin-fueled rides at Islands of Adventure.
This spacious vacation villa has tasteful décor and furnishings throughout and offers all the comforts of home so that you and your family can enjoy quality time together here in Orlando. The open-plan layout includes a centrally placed kitchen that is equipped with all the necessary appliances, gadgets and utensils to fulfil any culinary task. The breakfast bar here has seating for 2 people, making it a great place to relax with a coffee and a natter at any point during the day. Between the kitchen and windows overlooking the pool area is a small dining table, an ideal place for your morning cereal as you start making plans for the day ahead. On the other side of the kitchen is a larger dining table, an ideal setting for mealtimes or evening fun playing board games. The main family lounge is at the back of the villa and has lots of natural light, comfy seating, a flatscreen TV and windows overlooking the pool deck. At the front of the villa, next to the formal dining area, is a quiet lounge with comfy seats and windows overlooking the garden.
The Main bedroom is at the back of the villa on the right, it is situated away from all other rooms so is great of you want extra privacy. The bedroom has a King-size bed, patio doors leading to the pool area and a large en-suite bathroom. The other bedrooms are on the other side of the villa, down a hallway close to the lounge. Bedroom 2 is at the front of the villa and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is on the other end of the hallway and has a Queen-size bed, and Bedroom 4, positioned between these 2 rooms is a fun Mickey Mouse themed room with 2 sets of Bunks beds sleeping up to 4 younger family members in total. The family bathroom is next to Bedroom 3 and is close to a door leading to the pool deck. For the comfort and convenience of all guests, each bedroom has a ceiling fan and flatscreen TV.
Have fun in the air-conditioned games room as you make long-lasting memories playing pool, table tennis or basketball against each other. The resort facilities, an 8 minute walk from here at the clubhouse include a well-equipped modern gym, TV lounge, tennis and beach volleyball courts, a heated outdoor swimming pool with separate lazy river, spa and sunbathing terrace and a children’s play area with swings and slides.
