If you want to watch a show at SeaWorld or swim with Dolphins in Discovery Cove, you should allow 30-35 minutes to reach these parks. Guests eager to ride the white knuckle rides at Islands of Adventure, to make a splash at Volcano Bay water park or to sip a Butterbeer in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, can be at Universal Resorts in approximately 35-40 minutes. Also the same distance from your villa is Universal's newest theme park, Epic Universe, with brand new rollercoasters and attractions. Berry Town Center is a mile or so away from Calabay Parc and has a selection of family restaurants to choose from, or head north for a few miles to the bustling US192 where you will discover hundreds of family restaurants and take-aways, catering for all tastes, appetites and budgets.
This traditional vacation villa offers all the comforts of home so that you and your family can relax together here in the Sunshine State. The spacious open-plan layout includes a centrally placed lounge area with comfy seating, a flatscreen TV and patio doors leading to the southwest-facing pool area. A nearby quiet lounge area has additional comfy seating and another TV, perfect if viewing preferences differ. A third seating area upstairs on the landing is a great place to sit and relax with your favourite novel or to fire off a few emails if you are using this holiday to ‘work from home’! The kitchen is centrally placed on the right and has all the appliances, gadgets and utensils needed for a self-catering holiday and the breakfast bar is a perfect spot for morning coffee. Between the kitchen and windows overlooking the pool deck is a high-top dining table, a great place for tea and toast in the morning. Just by the front door is a more formal dining table, an ideal setting for mealtimes or evening fun playing games and chatting.
On the ground floor, the Main bedroom, at the back of the villa on the left, has a King-size bed, a door leading to the pool area and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 at the front of the villa downstairs, has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom that can also be accessed from the hallway by the games room if necessary. Bedroom 3, upstairs at the front of the villa, has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4, upstairs at the back of the villa, has been furnished with Bunk beds. Bedroom 5, upstairs at the front, has Twin beds and an en-suite bathroom that can be accessed from the landing.
The well-equipped games room is downstairs at the front of the villa and has been equipped with a pool table, a table football game, a basketball game and seating for spectators or players taking a quick break. Less than a minute away from your villa are the community facilities, which include a children's playground and and outdoor gym equipment, ideal for using up the last of everyone's energy before bed.
Head outside to the sunshine on the southwest-facing deck area.
