Featuring a great family games room and a private pool and spa deck with no rear neighbours, this villa is perfect for your family holiday to Orlando. Disney World can be reached in as little as 10-15 minutes from here, Discovery Cove and SeaWorld in about 20 minutes and Universal, including Volcano Bay water park and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, can be reached in less than half an hour by driving along the nearby I-4 Highway. A range of restaurants, catering for all appetites, budgets and tastes can be found on the nearby US192 along with other shopping options. Guests staying on Emerald Island have access to the resort facilities, some of the best in the Kissimmee area, and these are at the clubhouse just 7 minutes’ walk from here.
This villa offers a relaxed, homely, ambience throughout so that the whole family can settle in as soon as they step through the front door. At the heart of the villa is a family lounge with traditional style seating around a flatscreen TV. Doors leading to the private pool deck from here allow guests to wander in and out freely. A second small dining area is on the other side of the kitchen and has seating for 6, perfect for a family meal. The large kitchen has been stocked with everything you might need from heating up a pizza, to preparing a salad to go with some steaks you want to cook on a BBQ. If you choose to eat indoors, then the dining table seats 6 or 7 people comfortably and this also makes a great place to play card games in the evening or sit around chatting and laughing together. The breakfast bar is in the perfect place for impromptu snacks at any time of the day.
The Main bedroom sits to the left of the lounge and has a King-size bed, window overlooking the pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs at the back of the villa and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is back downstairs to the right of the front door and has a Queen-size bed and windows overlooking the front garden, it is next to the downstairs bathroom. Bedrooms 4 and 5, both upstairs, will appeal to younger family members that are fans of Disney, both rooms have Twin beds in them. Each bedroom has its own flatscreen TV so all guests get the chance to watch what they want to as they drift off to sleep each night.
Those that like to unwind with some friendly competition should head to the games room where you will find a pool table, air hockey and table football games that the whole family can enjoy together. Additional facilities can be found at the clubhouse, a 7 minute walk from here, including a heated swimming pool, spa, sauna, games room, play area, well-equipped gym, Tiki bar and outdoor courts for tennis and volleyball.
Outside is a private pool with easy access handrail, a relaxing spa and a covered dining area with seating. The screen area is surrounded by open grassland so you have no immediate overlooking neighbours to worry about.
