Sitting on the luxury Solterra gated resort community in Davenport is this modern 5 bedroom privately owned rental villa with beautiful interior, games room and a west-facing pool deck with conservation view. Located in an ideal position for getting to Orlando’s major attractions, with Disney World just 15-20 minutes away, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove 20-25 minutes away, Epic Universe, Orlando's newest theme park, is 30-35 minutes away and Universal, including The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, less than half an hours’ drive from here along the I-4 Highway. Solterra has some of the best resort facilities in Davenport, including a heated swimming pool, lazy river, modern gym and outdoor sports courts. These can all be found at the clubhouse, 7 minutes’ walk from your villa. ChampionsGate Village is a few minutes’ drive away offering a range of family-friendly restaurants to tempt your taste buds.
Inside the front door to the right hand side is a formal dining table seating 8 people, a great place for evening board game fun once the dishes have been cleared away. Adjacent to the formal dining area is the open-plan kitchen, with all the appliances, equipment and gadgets you could possibly need to prepare some tasty meals for your family. The breakfast bar has 4 seats and is a perfect place to enjoy snacks, drinks and chats throughout the day. Another dining table is nearby and is a great place for breakfast as you plan your day ahead. To the left of the kitchen is the family lounge area with a large sectional sofa, flatscreen TV and patio doors leading out to the west-facing pool deck. The second family lounge area is to the right of the kitchen, between Bedrooms 4 and 5, and has a sofa and a flatscreen TV in case viewing preferences differ as well as a desk for those ‘working from home’ moments where you can catch up with the office back home while the kids splash around in the pool.
The Main bedroom is to the left of the family lounge area and has a King-size bed, patio doors to the west-facing pool deck and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is just inside the front door to the left hand side and has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is just off the kitchen and has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are to the right of the kitchen and each has been furnished with Twin beds. All bedrooms have their own flatscreen TV so there is no need for any guest to miss out on watching their favourite programme as they drift off to sleep each night.
The games room is located just off the kitchen and has a pool table, air hockey and table football, perfect for memory-making evenings with your family. The community clubhouse is a 7 minute walk away from your villa and offers an internet room, TV lounge, heated swimming pool, lazy river, spa and sunbathing area, fully-equipped fitness centre, picnic area, kid's play area, fishing lake, tennis and volleyball courts.
Come back home to your villa and relax on the large west-facing pool deck each day. Kids will enjoy splashing around in their own private pool as adults relax at the table with a good book and a cold drink. With privacy hedges on all sides and a conservation view to the rear, this is a relaxing place to sit and recharge your batteries in the glorious Florida sunshine.

Beautiful five bedroom villa. Really well presented, furnished and decorated. Lovely large kitchen and bathrooms. Nice pool deck which is quite secluded and has conservation to the rear.
Refurbishment work to some of the resort facilities is due to be carried out between September and December 2026. The lazy river is will close from 8 September, with work on the swimming pool and hot tub starting on 22 September. We anticipate these facilities reopening on 14 December 2026, although this may be subject to change. The clubhouse, and all other facilities, will continue operate. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. The work is outside our control. If you have an existing booking and have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Solterra have introduced a 'Resort Facilities Fee'. This fee is $35 for parties of up to 12 people and $45 for parties of 12 and more. This covers all guests and for the duration of your stay. This fee can be paid at the clubhouse after arrival on the day and is only payable if you intend to use the facilities. If for example, your flight is delayed and the clubhouse is closed when you arrive, then you can visit the clubhouse the following day to arrange payment.
