Situated on Solterra, one of the best gated resort communities in Davenport, this luxury vacation villa has 5 bedrooms, 2 of which are themed to appeal to younger family members, 2 lounge areas, a games room and a lake view from the private pool and spa area. Resort facilities, a few minutes’ drive from here at the clubhouse, include a heated swimming pool, lazy river, spa, sunbathing terrace, outdoor sports courts, well-equipped gym and a play area for small children. The magic and excitement of Disney World can be reached in as little as 15-20 minutes from here, with Discovery Cove and SeaWorld just 20-25 minutes away, Orlando's newest theme park, Epic Universe, can be reached in 30-35 minutes. Universal Resorts, less than half an hour away by car, is home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Volcano Bay water park and the unmissable Islands of Adventure. ChampionsGate Village, just a couple of miles from here is where you can find a Publix supermarket for all your grocery shopping as well as a wide selection of family restaurants and take-aways for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The open-plan layout includes a modern kitchen, equipped with all the appliances, gadgets and mod-cons to satisfy all culinary requirements and a convenient breakfast bar with 4 stools. The nearby dining table is large enough for 8 people at a time and is great for mealtimes or evening fun playing games. The downstairs lounge area has a large corner sofa in front of a flatscreen TV and windows overlooking the pool deck. The second lounge area is upstairs and is a great place for teenagers to make their own as they settle down on the comfy sofa to watch their choice of programme, while other family members enjoy a few games of Shuffleboard.
The Main bedroom is the only bedroom on the ground floor, so is perfect for guests that want a little extra privacy or who are early risers and don’t want to disturb the rest of the family, it has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom with direct access to the pool area. Bedroom 2 is upstairs at the back of the villa and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, Bedroom 3 is at the front and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 is at the back of the villa upstairs and is a Princess-themed room with a Double bed and a Single bed. Bedroom 5, a fantastic Harry Potter-themed room, also has a Double bed and a Single bed. Each bedroom has its own flatscreen TV so any guests that wants to go to bed early after a busy day can continue watching their programme of choice as they drift off to sleep.
The best thing about memories is making them and plenty can be made here in the games room as you challenge each other to endless games of pool or air hockey. The community facilities, available for all guests to use, can be found at the clubhouse close to the resort entrance and these include a heated swimming pool, lazy river, spa, sunbathing area, outdoor sports courts, a well-equipped gym and children’s play areas.
After exhausting days on rides and rollercoasters you can return to your villa and splash around in the private pool or ease any aching legs with a soak in the spa. Gorgeous, modern five bedroom villa. Really well furnished. Spotlessly clean and well decorated. Two comfortable lounges. Great bedroom including two themed. Very nice, well furnished pool deck with lake view to the rear.
Refurbishment work to some of the resort facilities is due to be carried out between September and December 2026. The lazy river is will close from 8 September, with work on the swimming pool and hot tub starting on 22 September. We anticipate these facilities reopening on 14 December 2026, although this may be subject to change. The clubhouse, and all other facilities, will continue operate. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. The work is outside our control. If you have an existing booking and have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Solterra have introduced a 'Resort Facilities Fee'. This fee is $35 for parties of up to 12 people and $45 for parties of 12 and more. This covers all guests and for the duration of your stay. This fee can be paid at the clubhouse after arrival on the day and is only payable if you intend to use the facilities. If for example, your flight is delayed and the clubhouse is closed when you arrive, then you can visit the clubhouse the following day to arrange payment.
