Located on the gated Davenport resort community of Solterra is this privately owned 5 bedroom vacation villa. It features a private pool and spa, a games room and is just a 7 minute walk from the amazing resort facilities, which include a clubhouse with a heated swimming pool, spa, lazy river and children’s play area, while inside is a TV lounge, internet room and a fully-equipped gym. There are also tennis and beach volleyball courts for any guests looking to remain active. Just 5 minutes from Solterra is ChampionsGate and Reunion Villages, offering a range of restaurants for you to choose from, while the US192 is just a few miles away and offers hundreds more popular options. The magic of Disney World can be reached with just a 15-20 minute drive, so make your way to Epcot, Hollywood Studios and Magic Kingdom to create unforgettable memories. Epic Universe, Orlando’s brand new theme park, can be reached in just 30-35 minutes and features unique worlds and rollercoasters for your family to enjoy! Additionally, Universal Resorts have The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, all ready to fill your day with jaw dropping experiences. Kick off your shoes and let your holiday begin. The centrally located modern kitchen is well-equipped with all the appliances and utensils you will need to make tasty meals, while the breakfast bar offers a great place to start your morning with coffee and toast. The formal dining table can be found at the front right of the villa, the perfect place to enjoy a meal before playing board games all evening. To the back of the villa is the main family lounge with a sectional sofa, a flatscreen TV and a door leading to the private pool and spa. Watch your favourite movies here while you keep an eye on the kids as they play in the water. Upstairs is a second lounge with a sectional sofa and flatscreen TV, somewhere that younger guests could claim as their own space.
The Main bedroom is the only bedroom located on the ground floor. It is to the back left, has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom that has a door to the pool and spa. Bedroom 2 is upstairs and centrally located with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is to the front left and has a Queen-size bed and shares an en-suite bathroom with Bedroom 5, which has Bunk beds. Bedroom 4 is at the back right, with Twin beds and is decorated in a style suitable for guests of all ages. All bedrooms in this vacation villa come with a flatscreen TV, making early nights a bit more comfortable for everybody.
Make your way to the front of the villa to find the games room. Inside you will find a ping-pong table and table football, so you can play against your family to determine who is the game champion. Additional entertainment can be found by walking just 7 minutes to reach the resort facilities which include a clubhouse with an internet room, fully-equipped gym and a TV lounge, while outside is a heated swimming pool, lazy river, spa and a children’s play area. Sporty guests will want to head towards the tennis and beach volleyball courts to keep themselves active.
Spend quality time with your family at your very own private pool and spa. Hedges on all sides provide adequate privacy so you can stretch out under the Florida sunshine to top up your tan or enjoy a relaxing soak in the spa while your kids splash in the pool. A nearby door leads to the en-suite bathroom for the Main bedroom, preventing wet footprints throughout the villa when you need to get a towel. Very nice 5 bedroom villa on Solterra. The home is very clean, well maintained and well equipped. There’s an additional lounge upstairs as well as a game room and a very nice pool deck. When sitting on the pool deck, traffic noise can be heard from the community road that sits behind the hedges at the rear.
Refurbishment work to some of the resort facilities is due to be carried out between September and December 2026. The lazy river is will close from 8 September, with work on the swimming pool and hot tub starting on 22 September. We anticipate these facilities reopening on 14 December 2026, although this may be subject to change. The clubhouse, and all other facilities, will continue operate. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. The work is outside our control. If you have an existing booking and have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Solterra have introduced a 'Resort Facilities Fee'. This fee is $35 for parties of up to 12 people and $45 for parties of 12 and more. This covers all guests and for the duration of your stay. This fee can be paid at the clubhouse after arrival on the day and is only payable if you intend to use the facilities. If for example, your flight is delayed and the clubhouse is closed when you arrive, then you can visit the clubhouse the following day to arrange payment.
