It features a southeast-facing pool and spa with conservation views, a complimentary gas BBQ grill and is just a 10 minute walk from the resort facilities. Here you will find a heated swimming pool, spa, lazy river and a children’s play area, while inside the clubhouse is a modern gym, internet room and TV lounge. For guests looking to keep active during their stay, there are beach volleyball and tennis courts. A couple of miles from your villa is a Publix supermarket, on the corner of Lake Wilson Road and Osceola Parkway. Make your way here to pick up drinks and snacks for lazy days relaxing at your villa. ChampionsGate and Reunion Villages are about 5 minutes from here and have a wide range of restaurants for you to try, while just a bit further away is the popular US192, offering hundreds more dining options. Disney World can be reached with a 15-20 minute drive, so make your way to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios to meet your favourite characters and watch the daily parades. Orlando’s newest theme park – Epic Universe, can be reached in 30-35 minutes and has unique locations and experiences for your family to explore. Jaw dropping thrills can be found at Universal Resorts, home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, all just 25-30 minutes away from your villa. Animal lovers will want to travel 20-25 minutes to reach Discovery Cove to swim with dolphins or visit SeaWorld to encounter penguins and polar bears.

The spacious kitchen is located to the right of the property, with all the appliances and utensils needed to make tasty meals for your family. The breakfast bar is a great place to pause for a chilled drink or start your morning with coffee and bagels. To the left of the villa is the formal dining table, a perfect place to enjoy a meal before playing board games, once the kids have cleared away the dishes. The family lounge is located to the back of the villa with a sectional sofa, flatscreen TV and a door leading to the southeast-facing pool and spa.
The Main bedroom is located to the back right of the home with a King-size bed, window overlooking the pool and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the left of the family lounge and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Located at the front right of the villa is Bedroom 3, which as a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 4 is to the back right and has a Queen-size bed, while the nearby Bedroom 5 has a Disney-theme and Twin beds. All bedrooms in this vacation villa come equipped with a flatscreen TV, so guests can watch their favourite movies as they get ready for bed.
Walk just 10 minutes to reach the resort facilities which include a clubhouse with an internet room, modern gym and TV lounge. Outside is a heated swimming pool, lazy river, spa and children’s play area. For sportier guests, there are tennis and beach volleyball courts available for their use.

Very nice 5 bedroom villa in a lovely part of Solterra. The home is in good condition and has been well maintained the pool deck offers quite a bit of privacy with no rear neighbours.
Refurbishment work to some of the resort facilities is due to be carried out between September and December 2026. The lazy river is will close from 8 September, with work on the swimming pool and hot tub starting on 22 September. We anticipate these facilities reopening on 14 December 2026, although this may be subject to change. The clubhouse, and all other facilities, will continue operate. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. The work is outside our control. If you have an existing booking and have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Solterra have introduced a 'Resort Facilities Fee'. This fee is $35 for parties of up to 12 people and $45 for parties of 12 and more. This covers all guests and for the duration of your stay. This fee can be paid at the clubhouse after arrival on the day and is only payable if you intend to use the facilities. If for example, your flight is delayed and the clubhouse is closed when you arrive, then you can visit the clubhouse the following day to arrange payment.
