Located on the luxury gated Solterra resort community in Davenport is this 6 bedroom privately owned villa which is beautifully decorated and has a modern and homely feel throughout. With 3 lounge areas, a well-equipped games room, a south-facing pool and spa and access to resort facilities, just a 6 minute walk away, which include a heated swimming pool, lazy river, well-equipped gym and sports courts. The magic and excitement of Disney World can be reached in about 15-20 minutes, with other popular attractions, including Orlando's newest theme park, Epic Universe, as well as Universal and SeaWorld, being less than half an hour away. Shops, bars and restaurants for all tastes and budgets are within a few minutes’ drive of Solterra, either at the ever-popular ChampionsGate Village or along the bustling US192.
As soon as you enter through the front door you can relax in the knowledge that you have made the right choice for your family holiday to Orlando. Just inside the entrance is the modern formal lounge with comfortable sofas, a great place to sit and relax with a good book. Adjacent to this is the formal dining table with seating for 8 people, the perfect setting for a special occasion meal or an evening of playing board games. Continuing through the villa to the right hand side is the large, modern, open-plan kitchen, equipped with all the gadgets and utensils you could possibly need. The breakfast bar, seating 4 people, is perfect for quick snacks and drinks throughout the day. Close to the kitchen is the main family lounge with a large corner sofa, flatscreen TV and patio doors to the south-facing pool deck. Upstairs is another lounge area, again with a corner sofa and flatscreen TV, an ideal spot for teenagers to call their own as they watch their choice of programme.
The spacious Main bedroom has lots of natural light and is in the middle of the landing upstairs, it has a King-size bed and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the front of the villa upstairs and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is to the right of the landing upstairs and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom shared with Bedroom 4, furnished with a set of Bunk beds. Bedroom 5 is to the far left of the landing upstairs and has Twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 6, with a Queen-size bed, is to the left of the family lounge downstairs and is the only bedroom on the ground floor. All bedrooms have been supplied with a flatscreen TV so everybody gets the chance to watch late night TV as they drift off to sleep.
The games room is at the front of the villa and has been equipped with a pool table, air hockey game and table football, enough to keep the whole family entertained. The resort facilities can be found at the clubhouse, a 6 minute walk away, including an internet room, TV lounge, heated swimming pool, lazy river, spa and sunbathing area, fully-equipped fitness centre, picnic area, kid's play area, fishing lake, tennis and volleyball courts.
The south-facing pool deck, with no rear neighbours, has a private pool and spa with easy access handrails, a covered outdoor dining table seating 6 people and a fair amount of patio space to help you relax in the Florida sun.

Refurbishment work to some of the resort facilities is due to be carried out between September and December 2026. The lazy river is will close from 8 September, with work on the swimming pool and hot tub starting on 22 September. We anticipate these facilities reopening on 14 December 2026, although this may be subject to change. The clubhouse, and all other facilities, will continue operate. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. The work is outside our control. If you have an existing booking and have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Solterra have introduced a 'Resort Facilities Fee'. This fee is $35 for parties of up to 12 people and $45 for parties of 12 and more. This covers all guests and for the duration of your stay. This fee can be paid at the clubhouse after arrival on the day and is only payable if you intend to use the facilities. If for example, your flight is delayed and the clubhouse is closed when you arrive, then you can visit the clubhouse the following day to arrange payment.
