Situated on the highly recommended Solterra gated resort community along the Ronald Reagan Parkway in Davenport, is this beautiful, privately owned, rental villa. The villa has 6 good-sized bedrooms, with enough beds to sleep up to 13 guests, a south-facing private pool and spa with easy access handrails and steps, a well-equipped games room, fantastic themed bedrooms for Star Wars and Harry Potter fans and plenty of space for the whole family to be able to relax and enjoy quality time together. The community facilities are just 5 minutes’ walk away from here and include a heated swimming pool, lazy river, spa and sunbathing area, children’s play park, gym and outdoor sports courts. Fun-seekers looking to be at the theme parks as quick as possible will be pleased that Magic Kingdom and the other Disney World parks are just 15-20 minutes away from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove just 20-25 minutes away and Orlando's newest theme park, Epic Universe, being 30-35 minutes from your villa. Harry Potter fans will have to exercise a little more patience, Universal Resorts, which also includes Volcano Bay water park is 25-30 minutes away along the nearby I-4 Highway. Restaurant offerings can be found at ChampionsGate Village, 2 miles away, or on the popular US192, a 10-15 minute drive from Solterra.
This villa is the perfect choice to spend time with your family, away from the stresses and strains of normal everyday living. As soon as you step through the front door you will immediately be in a dining area which is great for evening fun, playing board games or chatting and laughing together. An archway from here leads into the large open-plan kitchen, with all the appliances, equipment and utensils you might need to prepare some tasty meals or packed lunches. The breakfast bar is a great place to sit and enjoy snacks and drinks throughout the day and the small dining table in the kitchen is perfect for that early morning coffee as you decide on your plans for the day ahead. The main family lounge is to the left of the kitchen and has a large comfy corner sofa in front of a flatscreen TV and doors leading to the south-facing pool deck and the sunshine outside. A second lounge area is upstairs and again this has a large corner sofa in front of a flatscreen TV, perfect for when viewing preferences differ.
The Main bedroom is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it is at the back of the villa and has a King-size bed, doors to the pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs at the front of the villa on the left and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is upstairs at the front on the right and has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom that is shared with the Twin-bedded Bedroom 5 which has been decorated in a Star Wars theme. Bedroom 4 is centrally placed upstairs and has a Queen-size, Bedroom 6 is a Harry Potter-themed room with a set of Bunk beds and a Single bed, ideal for a trio of young children enjoying a holiday together. Each bedroom has its own flatscreen TV so nobody has to miss out on watching their choice of programme as they drift off to sleep each night.
Continue with the laughs and memory making in the games room after a fun day at the parks, the pool table, air hockey table , basketball game and arcade machine will ensure everybody gets the chance to enjoy themselves. The amazing community facilities are just 5 minutes’ walk away from here and include a heated swimming pool, lazy river, relaxing spa, children’s play area, well-equipped gym and tennis and volleyball courts.

Large, modern six bedroom villa on Solterra in Davenport. Clean and comfortable. Well equipped. Large and very sunny south-facing pool deck with lots of seats.
Refurbishment work to some of the resort facilities is due to be carried out between September and December 2026. The lazy river is will close from 8 September, with work on the swimming pool and hot tub starting on 22 September. We anticipate these facilities reopening on 14 December 2026, although this may be subject to change. The clubhouse, and all other facilities, will continue operate. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. The work is outside our control. If you have an existing booking and have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Solterra have introduced a 'Resort Facilities Fee'. This fee is $35 for parties of up to 12 people and $45 for parties of 12 and more. This covers all guests and for the duration of your stay. This fee can be paid at the clubhouse after arrival on the day and is only payable if you intend to use the facilities. If for example, your flight is delayed and the clubhouse is closed when you arrive, then you can visit the clubhouse the following day to arrange payment.
