Guests wishing to mix with Muggles and Wizards in Hogsmeade can be at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Universal Resorts in less than half an hour, and this is where you can also make a splash in Volcano Bay water park and experience the white knuckle rides at Islands of Adventure. SeaWorld and Discovery Cove, two other popular parks in Orlando are just 20-25 minutes away from Solterra and Disney World, including Magic Kingdom and Epcot are even closer, just 15-20 minutes’ drive away from here. Orlando's newest theme park, Epic Universe, can be reached in 30-35 minutes and features 4 unique worlds for you to explore. ChampionsGate Village is a few minutes away and has a Publix supermarket and a wide selection of family restaurants serving breakfast lunch and dinner. Guests staying on Solterra have access to all resort facilities, including the heated swimming pool, spa, separate lazy river, sunbathing terrace with loungers and cabanas, sports courts and a clubhouse with a well-equipped gym, TV lounge and internet room with free wi-fi.

The Main bedroom, downstairs at the back of the villa, has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom with a door leading out to the pool area. Bedroom 2, downstairs at the front of the villa, has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is upstairs at the back and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 4, upstairs at the front, has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5 is a Twin-bedded Harry Potter room, and this is close to the Marvel-themed Bedroom 6, also furnished with Twin beds. Each bedroom has a flatscreen TV, meaning every guest can drift off to sleep watching a late night programme of their choice.
The games room, with an air-conditioning unit to help keep everybody cool, has been equipped with a pool table, an air hockey game, a TV and seating for players and spectators. The resort facilities, 4 minutes’ drive away from here at the clubhouse, include a café, well-equipped gym, a TV lounge, an internet room with free wi-fi. The outdoor amenities include sports courts for tennis and beach volleyball, a sunbathing terrace with cabanas and loungers, a heated swimming pool, a spa and a separate lazy river.

Gorgeous 6 bedroom villa on the guarded community of Solterra Davenport. Well equipped and well managed property. Air-conditioned games room and a spacious pool deck and lanai area with private pool and spa with no neighbours on the rear. Highly recommended.
Refurbishment work to some of the resort facilities is due to be carried out between September and December 2026. The lazy river is will close from 8 September, with work on the swimming pool and hot tub starting on 22 September. We anticipate these facilities reopening on 14 December 2026, although this may be subject to change. The clubhouse, and all other facilities, will continue operate. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. The work is outside our control. If you have an existing booking and have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Solterra have introduced a 'Resort Facilities Fee'. This fee is $35 for parties of up to 12 people and $45 for parties of 12 and more. This covers all guests and for the duration of your stay. This fee can be paid at the clubhouse after arrival on the day and is only payable if you intend to use the facilities. If for example, your flight is delayed and the clubhouse is closed when you arrive, then you can visit the clubhouse the following day to arrange payment.
