This privately owned 6 bedroom vacation villa is located on the Davenport gated resort community of Solterra and features a private pool and spa and a well-equipped air-conditioned games room. The amazing resort facilities can be reached with an 11 minute walk and include a fully-equipped modern gym, internet room and TV lounge. Outside is a heated swimming pool, spa, lazy river and a children’s play area. Sportier guests should head to the tennis and beach volleyball courts where they can join a game with other resort guests. ChampionsGate and Reunion Villages are about 5 minutes from your villa and offer a number of family friendly restaurants to choose from. Alternatively, the US192 is just a few miles away and offers hundreds of additional dining options. Disney World is only 15-20 minutes from your villa and includes Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios and Epcot, all ready to give your family unforgettable memories and experiences. Epic Universe is Orlando's newest theme park and has four exciting worlds to explore, all just 30-35 minutes from your villa. Universal Resorts can be reached with a 25-30 minute drive and is where you can ride the Hogwarts Express at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, go down every slide at Volcano Bay water park and find jaw dropping thrills at Islands of Adventure. Head to SeaWorld to meet all kinds of marine creatures or Discovery Cove to swim with dolphins, both just 20-25 minutes from your villa.
Relax as you enter this vacation villa and let your holiday start immediately. The well-equipped kitchen is located to the right of the villa with all the appliances, utensils and gadgets you will need for making tasty meals, while the breakfast bar provides a place for ‘kitchen helpers’ to sit and enjoy a drink. Near to the kitchen is a formal dining table should additional breakfast seating be required. A second dining table can be found towards the front of the villa, ideal for having a meal or playing card games once the dishes have been cleared away. To the back left of the villa is a family lounge with a flatscreen TV, comfy seating and doors leading to the pool so you can keep an eye on the kids as they play in the pool as you watch a movie. Upstairs is a second lounge with a sectional sofa and a projector with a screen, the perfect place to watch all the latest blockbuster movies.
The only Bedroom on the ground floor, the Main bedroom has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs and to the front left is Bedroom 2 with a King-size bed, while to the back left is Bedroom 3 which has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 4 is also to the left and has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 5 is at the front right with a Toy Story-theme, Twin beds and an en-suite bathroom that is shared with Bedroom 6, which has a Star Wars-theme and Twin beds.

A very nice and well-maintained 6 bedroom villa on Solterra. The home is updated, modern and well equipped, and features an air-conditioned games room and a nicely presented pool deck. Some road noise can be heard from the pool deck but not once inside the villa with the doors closed.
Refurbishment work to some of the resort facilities is due to be carried out between September and December 2026. The lazy river is will close from 8 September, with work on the swimming pool and hot tub starting on 22 September. We anticipate these facilities reopening on 14 December 2026, although this may be subject to change. The clubhouse, and all other facilities, will continue operate. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. The work is outside our control. If you have an existing booking and have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Solterra have introduced a 'Resort Facilities Fee'. This fee is $35 for parties of up to 12 people and $45 for parties of 12 and more. This covers all guests and for the duration of your stay. This fee can be paid at the clubhouse after arrival on the day and is only payable if you intend to use the facilities. If for example, your flight is delayed and the clubhouse is closed when you arrive, then you can visit the clubhouse the following day to arrange payment.
