Just 5 minutes from your villa is ChampionsGate and Reunion Villages, offering a wide range of restaurants to suit all tastes. Alternatively, head a few miles north to reach the popular US192 which offers hundreds more dining options. Disney World can be reached in 15-20 minutes, so go and watch the parades at Magic Kingdom, taste food from around the world at Epcot and encounter Stormtroopers at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Hollywood Studios. Epic Universe is Orlando’s newest theme park, where you can find 4 exciting worlds to explore and thrilling rollercoasters to try and is only 30-35 minutes from your villa. More fun can be found at Universal Resorts at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, all just 25-30 minutes away. Swim with dolphins at Discovery Cove or encounter polar bears and penguins at SeaWorld, both reached with a 20-25 minute drive.
This open-plan vacation villa is perfect for your family to spend quality time together. The kitchen, well-equipped with all the appliances and utensils you will need, is located to the back left of the villa. The breakfast bar and nearby table offer great places to start your morning with cereal and orange juice before you make your way to Orlando’s theme parks. The formal dining table is at the left of the villa, a great place to enjoy a meal before playing board games all evening. The main family lounge is to the back right of the villa with a flatscreen TV, comfy sofa seating and a nearby door leading to the southwest-facing private pool and spa, so you can watch your favourite movies as you keep an eye on the kids as they play in the water. At the front of the villa is a second lounge, perfect for curling up with a book or enjoying a quiet chat, while upstairs is a third lounge with sofa seating and a flatscreen TV. This is an ideal spot for younger guests to claim as their own space during your stay.
The Main bedroom is located to the back right and is the only bedroom on the ground floor. It has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs and to the front right is Bedroom 2 with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 3 is to the back right and has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 4 is at the left of the villa with a Queen-size bed while the nearby Bedroom 5 has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 6 is at the right of the villa with a Micky Mouse-theme and Twin beds. All bedrooms in this vacation villa come with a flatscreen TV, so everybody can watch their favourite programmes as they prepare for bed.
Make your way to the front of the villa to find the well-equipped games room with table football, air hockey, a basketball game and ping-pong to provide hours of entertainment for your family. Find more entertainment at the resort facilities which can be reached with a 10 minute walk. Inside you will find a modern gym, an internet room and TV lounge, while outside is a heated swimming pool, a spa, lazy river and a children’s play area. Exceptional 6 bedroom vacation villa on Solterra. The home has been equipped with very nice furniture both inside and out that are not only in great condition but of great quality. The wooden floor throughout the home gives it a modern feel, the kitchen is very well equipped. This home has zero drawbacks.
Refurbishment work to some of the resort facilities is due to be carried out between September and December 2026. The lazy river is will close from 8 September, with work on the swimming pool and hot tub starting on 22 September. We anticipate these facilities reopening on 14 December 2026, although this may be subject to change. The clubhouse, and all other facilities, will continue operate. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. The work is outside our control. If you have an existing booking and have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Solterra have introduced a 'Resort Facilities Fee'. This fee is $35 for parties of up to 12 people and $45 for parties of 12 and more. This covers all guests and for the duration of your stay. This fee can be paid at the clubhouse after arrival on the day and is only payable if you intend to use the facilities. If for example, your flight is delayed and the clubhouse is closed when you arrive, then you can visit the clubhouse the following day to arrange payment.
