It features a private pool and spa, an air-conditioned games room and is just a 9 minute walk from the amazing resort facilities, which include a heated outdoor swimming pool, spa, lazy river and children’s play area, while inside the clubhouse is a modern gym, TV lounge and internet room. Sportier guests will want to head to the tennis and beach volleyball courts to find themselves a friendly game. ChampionsGate and Reunion Village can be reached in 5 minutes and have a wide range of restaurants for your family to try, while the US192 is just a few miles away and offers hundreds more options. Disney World can be reached in as little as 15-20 minutes, so head to Magic Kingdom to meet Mickey Mouse, Hollywood Studios to face your fears at the Twilight Zone Terror of Tower and taste global food at Epcot. Orlando’s newest theme park, Epic Universe, offers four exciting and unique worlds for your family to explore, as well as thrilling rollercoasters to ride, all just 30-35 minutes from your villa. Universal Resorts offers more excitement at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, all reached with a 25-30 minute drive. Animal lovers will want to head to SeaWorld to encounter manatees or Discovery Cove, where they can swim with dolphins, both just 20-25 minutes from your villa.

The kitchen is located to the right of the villa and is well-equipped with all the appliances and utensils you will need to make tasty meals for your family. The breakfast bar offers a great place to start your day with tea and toast, while the nearby dining table is perfect for having a meal or playing board games all evening. The main family lounge is at the back left with a flatscreen TV, sectional sofa and a nearby door leading to the private pool and spa. Watch a movie in comfort while keeping an eye on the kids as they play in the water. Upstairs is a spacious second lounge with comfy sofa seating and a flatscreen TV, the ideal place for younger guests to claim as their own space.
Upstairs in this villa, the Main bedroom located at the front left with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom while Bedroom 2 is at the back right with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is at the back left with a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor, Bedroom 4 is at the back left with a King-size bed, while Bedroom 5 is at the front right with a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 6 is centrally located on the left with a Mickey Mouse-theme and Twin beds. Back upstairs, Bedroom 7 is at the front right, has a Frozen-theme, Twin beds and an en-suite bathroom.
Make your way to the front of the villa to find the air-conditioned games room, in which you will find a pool table and table football, providing plenty of entertainment for your family. More entertainment can be found by walking just 9 minutes to the fabulous resort facilities, which include a modern gym, internet room and TV lounge, while outside is a heated swimming pool, lazy river, a spa and a children’s play area. There are also tennis and beach volleyball courts for those guests looking to remain active during their stay.

A nice 7 bedroom vacation villa on the fantastic gated resort community of Solterra. Home is spacious, in good condition and is well equipped. There are multiple lounges, an air-conditioned games room and a private pool and spa. Some vehicle noise can be heard from the community road when sitting outside on the pool deck but not from inside the villa.
Refurbishment work to some of the resort facilities is due to be carried out between September and December 2026. The lazy river is will close from 8 September, with work on the swimming pool and hot tub starting on 22 September. We anticipate these facilities reopening on 14 December 2026, although this may be subject to change. The clubhouse, and all other facilities, will continue operate. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. The work is outside our control. If you have an existing booking and have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Solterra have introduced a 'Resort Facilities Fee'. This fee is $35 for parties of up to 12 people and $45 for parties of 12 and more. This covers all guests and for the duration of your stay. This fee can be paid at the clubhouse after arrival on the day and is only payable if you intend to use the facilities. If for example, your flight is delayed and the clubhouse is closed when you arrive, then you can visit the clubhouse the following day to arrange payment.
