There is also a modern gym, a movie theatre and a games room with arcade style machines. For guests with an interest in sport, there are tennis and beach volleyball courts. Within a mile of your villa is ChampionsGate Village which has a Publix supermarket, where you can get drinks and snacks for lazy days relaxing around your pool and spa. There are also a number of restaurants for you to choose from, however, if you seek more options, then hundreds of other restaurants and take-aways can be found by heading just 5 miles north on the US27 to the bustling US192. Disney World is just 20-25 minutes from your villa and is home to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios, famous for their daily parades and firework displays. Orlando’s newest theme park - Epic Universe can be reached in 20-25 minutes by car and is home to exciting and unique locations for your family to explore. Jaw dropping rides are in Universal Resorts, which has The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, all reached in 30-35 minutes. Swim with dolphins at Discovery Cove or encounter penguins and manatees at SeaWorld, both 25-30 minutes from your villa.

The modern kitchen is located to the right of the home, well-equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to make delicious meals for your whole family. The breakfast bar is an ideal place to start your morning with coffee and toast, before you head out to explore Orlando. The formal dining table is at the back left of the villa, a perfect place to enjoy a meal before you play board games once the dishes are cleared away. The main family lounge is located at the back of the villa with comfy sofa seating, a flatscreen TV and a door leading to the private pool and spa. Watch your favourite movies here while keeping an eye on your kids as they play in the water. A second lounge can be found upstairs, with comfy sofa seating and a flatscreen TV, a great space for younger guests to claim as their own. Also upstairs is the air-conditioned home cinema room with a large flatscreen TV and individual seating, excellent for watching all the latest blockbuster movies.
The ground floor Beauty and the Beast-themed Main bedroom is to the left of the villa with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom that has a door leading to the pool and spa area. Bedroom 2 is also on the ground floor and has an Aladdin-theme. It is to the front right of the villa, has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is upstairs and to the right, has a Lion King-theme, a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom shared with the Mario-themed Bedroom 4 which has Bunk beds and an elevated Single bed. Bedroom 5 is at the back right of the villa and is decorated in an Avengers-theme, has 2 sets of Bunk beds and shares an en-suite bathroom with the Cinderella-themed Bedroom 6 which has Bunk beds. Bedroom 7 is at the very rear of the villa with a Fantasia-theme and a Queen-size bed, while the Cars-themed Bedroom 8 is at the front right with 2 sets of Bunk beds. All bedrooms in this vacation villa come equipped with a flatscreen TV, so guests can relax and watch movies as they prepare for bed.
The air-conditioned games room is located to the left of the villa, equipped with an air hockey table, arcade games and 2 flatscreen TVs. Upstairs is an air-conditioned home cinema room with a large flatscreen TV and individual seating, making it the ideal place to watch all the latest blockbuster movies. Further entertainment can be found at the Oasis clubhouse, which can be reached with a 7 minute walk or The Retreat Clubhouse, which is a 7 minute drive away. Here, you will find resort facilities which include a modern gym, movie theatre and a games room with arcade machines. Outside are heated swimming pools, a lazy river, water slides, kids splash pools, a spa, mini golf and Tiki bars where you can get a refreshing drink. There is also tennis and beach volleyball courts for guests looking to keep active during their stay.

With screens on all sides providing good privacy, you can enjoy a relaxing soak in the spa while your kids play in the pool, before you lay back and top up your tan in the Florida sunshine. A nearby door leads to the en-suite bathroom for the Main bedroom, so a towel can be reached without any mad dashes throughout the villa. Later, cook a meal on the complimentary gas BBQ grill and dine alfresco at the covered dining table or sip on a cold drink as you relax at the covered seating area and watch a movie on the poolside TV.
